It’s exactly what we wanted! We had an outline of an itinerary that we created with Bertha but changed it as we discovered other things to do and see. Bertha was the absolute best — almost intuitively knowing how to make Hong Kong special and memorable.
We came in on a cruise ship and we were nervous about where to meet. Bertha actually crossed the Victoria Harbor and met us at the terminal. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

Very informative. Alfred took us to see things we would never have seen if we were on our own. He helped us navigate the train system and get our octopus card. He accommodated our requests. Met us at hotel and made sure we got back safely.

We had such a great time with Kiyo touring Kowloon City! We learned so much, he tailored the tour to our interested, had many wonderful stories, and was able to answer all of a questions. Karen is an amazing tour guide!!! She's kind and knowledgeable and cultured. She gave us a fantastic overview of the history and culture of Hong Kong. The agency surveyed our interests, and she took our feedback seriously; Karen even reached out to specify our interests. She hit all the points I wanted, added extra stops to personalize our tour, and focused on areas of interest to us. Karen suggested places to go after the tour, and her recommendations were spectacular.
Karen is a great speaker, listener, and storyteller. I threw dozens of questions at her, and she listened intently and gave comprehensive, interesting answers. I was spellbound by some of Karen's stories, and I learned a lot about Hong Kong.
In brief: Karen made me love Hong Kong even more than I expected. 10/10 would have another tour with Karen.

Alfred was amazing! Such a pleasant person with great energy and knowledgeable! We truly enjoyed his tour. He was very accommodating as well.
We had flight issues and he was able to change our meetup and go above and beyond to make the tour possible. One site had a crazy long line, Alfred was able to get us in through a whole other line and skip with no wait! That alone was worth the price of the tour.
Because of flight delays we were all pretty hungry. He took us to the busy food market where he provided history and info as we walked and ate different vendors.
I can't say enough about Alfred. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see and learn about Hong Kong through the eyes of a great local!

We got to spend a lot of time with our tour guide Dennis in Hong kong. He made the most of our experience considering we were only there for about 24 hours. Dennis also brought along his professional camera and took some extravagant photos of my partner and I. We are super grateful for this experience. He took us to the peak to see the best views of the city, and posed us for some really fun photos. Introduced us to some excellent coffee and pastry shops and even joined us for lunch after our half day tour. Dennis happily shared all the photos with us. It was a custom experience and we would not have done Hong kong any other way. We cannot wait to call Dennis upon our next visit!!

This was well worth it - wandering the city central and seeing so many iconic areas ! Pictures everywhere and somehow not that crowded. We walked 13,000 steps up and down and all over. This is a great idea for mobile people with a love for seeing “real life”.

Walking and subway tour to the sites that we visited. Great guide, Malin, was easily understandable & knowledgeable. Had to use credit card for subway rides. That was not explained before.

This was such a great way to see Hong Kong. Our guide Pinky was the best. She brought us a gift and helped us navigate the MTR. We had the best tour, Mark personalised our trip to our desires both historical and cultural and went out of his way to answer our special request of going to the Sai Wan cemetery where Canadians killed in the fall of Hong Kong are buried.
