We booked only 2 days in advance. We quickly got confirmation from Viator and the Balloon company, Brothers Balloon, contacted us. We got picked up at our hotel on time and had a very smooth flight. Awesome experience.

Horrible service by Viator - no one came to pick us

Very bad and worst experience. On 22 oct we had a confirm booking for baloon ride but the service provider of Viator did not arrive to pick us from hotel at 5 am and instead wrote a sorry message to us stating sorry cant pickup as overbooked and will refund. Horrible exp for my family.

Did you pay or charged anything for this tour? definitely no!! Your balloon tour was not confirmed and informed you it is overbooked. and we tried our best to open space.There are around 100 balloon flight in one day and you couldnot find anyother place, right? If it is fullybooked fullbooked. Nobody informed you a pickup time. You just lied and because you couldnot find any place, you tried to give a harm. Really your behaviour is horrible.

Very poor and standoff coordination by Viator coupled with inaccessible contact number provided has lowered the overall rating of an otherwise very exciting and enjoyable experience. The lady at end of the contact number provided does not take any telephone calls. What is the point of giving such a contact number. In the end I got in contact using WhatsApp on the contact number provided. So suggest Viator either changes the contact number or advises to contact WA in their advisory post booking. I had a nerve racking experience not knowing if I would be picked up from the Cappadocia hotel and also not knowing time of pickup. As a matter of fact the poor coordination by Viator is a stand out feature of all Turkey tours. I had booked both the Cappadocia tour and hot air balloon ride with Viator but details of Cappadocia hotel was not forwarded by Viator to hot air balloon operator. Viator's coordination is really not there especially between tours booked on Viator. This was the disgusting part of the Viator experience and I would not recommend Viator for this reason.

In the last 4-5 day all flights were cancelled because of bad weather conditions. So we were lucky. But behind this beautiful experience there are too many insane interested. Whit a reservation already confirmed Ive been asked for 40 $ extra if i wanted to fly. Of course i didnt pay, but finally i got to fly anyway

Reservamos nuestro vuelo y nos confirmaron la reserva, unas horas antes del vuelo nos cancelaron la reserva sin ninguna explicación dejándonos sin poder volar con mi familia, No son confiables Te hacen pasar una mala experiencia, pues ya tienes la reserva confirmada y te la cancelan horas antes. Mi familia estaba muy triste., adicional a esto el reintegro fue inferior a lo que se pago (nos afecto la tasa de cambio) NO LOS RECOMIENDO.

Balloon tour can be cancelled even after pickup from your hotel. If there is wind and risky to fly , all ballons are cancelled. No need to give a harm to my company. You got full refund , even we lost money. Your safety is most important thing then taking a photo..
