Went on a weekday and was a group of around 20 people, a mix of groups and solo travellers from all over the place. Our guide was really welcoming and knowledgeable. The bars were fun with amazing live music etc. We spent 50mins - 1 hour in each bar, the drink deals are brilliant (like half the price for the selected spirits with mixer) so well worth £12 and the wristbands make it easy to identify yourself to the bar staff for the discounts. Felt safe with the group the entire time as a solo female traveller.
Would definitely recommend this!

Everyone was so nice! Our tour guides were great and made sure everyone was safe and taken care of. Great drinks & discounts at the selected bars. I remember one guide was Daniel (I can’t remember the other guide’s name, but both were super nice)
Delaina_W, Apr 2026
Some of the pubs were better than others but the main problem is how many people were doing the pub crawl.
There had to be around 100+ people in the pub group and they separated us into 3 groups.
It just wasn’t personable, too many people to make connections and enjoy each venue.
The guides were obviously overwhelmed but our guide had a great personality.
If you’re used to small group pub crawls then it might not be for you.
But if you don’t care and just want to walk with a large overbearing crowd through the streets then this is for you lol
Oh and there’s (certain) drinks we got for discount prices.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Hi Delania. Thanks for joining us, and for your review. To clarify, there were 84 participants in total which were divided into 3 groups at the meeting point, as you've mentioned. This made for 3 standard sized groups which, for a weekend night, is certainly not considered large, indeed it's a little less than typical for weekends in Dublin. Sorry if you had different expectations, or found it difficult to make connections with any fellow crawlers. Thankfully, the pub crawl is regularly lauded for the ease it affords people to meet and connect and have a fun night as a group. As you've rightly mentioned, Delania, for anyone reading looking for a more quaint jaunt to a few quieter pubs with a handful of people, this isn't for you. However, if you want a fun night out with a good sized crew of like-minded people, free welcome Guinness, free shots, exclusive drink discounts, and free club entry, as the description describes, then we are absolutely what you're looking for.

We weren't expecting so many people, there were 120 but actually it meant making new friends. A bit confusing as the description didn't say about being split into groups and taken a group at a time to three places an hour at a time but we worked it out. The 3 places were fun with good music, shots were good obviously. Well worth the money. A shout out to Oscar, he was fun and herded us well.

Fun, great meeting new people from all over the place and hearing the history behind the pubs! Would recommend !

James is the best! Um yeah it was super cool checking out some of the local and tourist spots around town. Great people. Great vibes. ✌️
Katrina_S, Nov 2025
Top tier! Best one I’ve ever been on. We <3 james! So many discounts and great locations. Met wonderful people!
Kylie_H, Nov 2025
What a night!! The pub choices were spectacular and the tour guides were great (shoutout Lee, Brian & Aiden). We met people from other countries and had a blast. Highly recommend :)
Nicola_W, Oct 2025
Such a good night!! Guides are really enthusiastic. Well worth the money, free drinks and discounted drinks, why wouldn’t you do it!!!!
kalaichelvan_m, Oct 2025
do not go solo. have a few friends with you. The drink prices are not much of a discount. I had to actually pay more for my Guinness. I don’t think i will go for pub crawl again.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Sorry to see you were less than satisfied, Kalai - it's disappointing to read because the Pub Crawl is often cited as a great way to meet others, and an ideal activity for solo travellers in fact. Of course, one gets out of the social aspect of the experience what they put in, and that's different for everyone and some find it easier than others to embrace the chance to mingle and connect, so perhaps we (the guides) should have done more to help you interact with fellow crawlers and engage with the group dynamic on the night; sincerely sorry if we fell short there, Kalai.
As for drink specials and discounts, there's 24 drink specials available throughout the night exclusively to pub Crawlers, and the average saving is about €2.35 per drink, which is pretty decent, in fairness, at a €14 price point which also includes free welcome Guinness, free shots, and free entry to 2 paid venues too (saving up to €25 on entrance fees alone). I'm not sure how you ended up paying more for Guinness as you've mentioned, perhaps not showing your wristband when ordering (?), in any case if you'd informed us we would, of course, have sought to rectify it with the bar for you.
Sorry again to see your experience wasn't all it could have been, Kalai, but thanks for giving it a go though, and I sincerely hope you were able to have some fun in Dublin otherwise.
Heidi_C, Oct 2025
Was Absolutely Awesome!!! Great way to meet new people and just have fun!!! Our Guide was Brain and he was OUTSTANDING!!!
Sue_T, Oct 2025
To be honest, not the best time I’ve had in Dublin
I took the store with my daughter two years ago. I was hoping for the same experience, but was sadly disappointed.
Our previous tour was with a smaller group of about 20 international travellers and everyone had a really good time talking to each other, enjoying each other’s stories and with our host
This time could not be more different. There was over 100 in the crowd, they split us up in three groups, which meant there were about 100 extra people in each bar we visited.
It was hard to follow the crowd, and after three we gave it up and left
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Sorry you were left feeling disappointed, Sue. To clarify, there were 86 participants total and we split into three groups at the meeting point (as you've correctly mentioned). There was 26 in your group, including you, which is a typical (if not smaller than typical) Pub Crawl group size. Each group went to different pubs on rotation though, so I really don't know what you mean when you say "...which meant there were about 100 extra people in each bar we visited..." perhaps you mistook regular patrons frequenting pubs as the rest of the Pub Crawl? I dunno, but it's a pity your disappointment seems to be rooted in the group size, despite your group being only 26...a whole 6 more than your previous Pub Crawl with us. Again, while I'm not sure what you're talking about, I am sorry the experience didn't align with your particular expectations this time Sue, and I hope you managed to have fun otherwise while in Dublin. We'd love the chance to win you over again, so do let us know when you're next in town and we'll be happy to welcome you back for free and get those last 2 stars from you.
Labinot_T, Oct 2025
Our guide, Oscar, was a really nice and smart young lad. I’d definitely recommend the pub crawl. It was fantastic.
Rhonda_G, Sept 2025
I had a blast such a fun time and the host was engaging the group and the selection of pubs was great as well. Fun time and yes I would recommend it.
Melanie_M, Sept 2025
I showed up at 8:03 for my 8pm tour and everyone was gone. I reached out via the app and they were impossible to get a hold of. They blamed me. The man on the phone promised me a refund and then denied it later. Big Pass.
Response from Host, Sept 2025
This is absolutely false. The guide was on site from 19:45 and checked-in 37 other Pub Crawlers without issue. The guide and group were there until 21:00. You were a no show, I called you in real time as a courtesy and told you you could still join us, you declined, asked for refund, I said no, and here we are reading your false and spiteful review. You never attended the meeting point, you just wanted a refund as you'd decided not to do / missed the activity, and figured pretending you'd shown up was the best tact. We were there, as we always are every single night for the past 12 years, and we checked in 37 people who had no problem locating us.
Nancy_B, Sept 2025
This could be a fun tour if you are with a group of friends. I came my daughter. The first hour you are upstairs in a bar with only the tour group. Then you start going to different pubs. There was only live music for a few minutes at the first one, the 2nd pub had some live music downstairs but then the next one had no music and we were there for 2 hours. Ended up leaving early and didn’t go to the last stop. I think alot of people enjoyed the tour it just wasn’t what I expected it to be. I was hoping for local bars with traditional Irish music. Our tour guides were great though and there are discounted drinks.
Response from Host, Sept 2025
Thanks for joining us and for the review. You were not in any pub for 2 hours. The maximum time spent in each pub is 50 minutes. Furthermore, there was additional live music in the first pub in the basement level bar which you had access to for the duration 9f your time there or just while the live music in the ground level bar was on short break after our arrival. We're delighted you enjoyed the guides, though, and the free and discounted drinks.

Great fun enjoyed it good atmosphere
Hosts made it very lively
James was very entertaining recommend it to everyone
Christi_F, Aug 2025
This was the best experience for a tour, especially related to having drinks on keeping the entire group in line, on time, and listen. Plus he had everyone sing happy birthday to my dad. This was the best first experience we had in Ireland! We tried to give a tip at the end but couldn’t find the guide at the night club. If he can reach out by email to me, we’d love to send him a tip!
Jennifer_A, Aug 2025
The organizers were very fun, discount drinks are fine, but the choices of pubs abd esp thr night out club at night at the end wasn't really nice. Hope you reconsider a bit of variations like type of music, crowd, etc
Response from Host, Aug 2025
Thanks for the feedback, Jennifer, and sorry to see it didn't match your particular expectations this time; we've been mindful to curate an authentic cross-section of Dublin nightlife that not only appeals to the visitor wanting to experience the vibrant Temple Bar district, but also to reflect the locals' nightlife experience - our local Pub-culture and nightlife is a varied scene and so we try not to dwell on just 'traditional Irish' pubs and the kitschy tourist traps, but venture to local nightlife institutions such as Whelans and Copper Face Jack's - of course, it's somewhat subjective, amd we're not gonna be able to please everyone 100% every time, but thankfully in the main the vast majority really enjoy it, and I hope you'll agree the low price point certainly makes it worth a try, and ultimately a worthwhile experience.
Trevor_Q, Jul 2025
Great visit to multiple bars with a large group of diverse attendees. Host was very knowledgeable and interacted with everyone.
Daria_L, Jul 2025
it’s amazing, defo go for it
don’t expect much from the complementary drinks, it’s just half a pint and a couple of shots
but the experience is fire!!!! met so many nice people and the guide was good fun
michelle_r, Jul 2025
So much fun great organizers well put together met some nice people apart from a creepy guy but the organizer
Daniel_C, Jun 2025
shots are basically non alcoholic
“free drink” upon entry is half pint
fairly disorganized
prob wouldn’t do again
Response from Host, Jun 2025
The free shots have alcohol in, of course - not straight whiskey, obviously, things would get very messy very quickly, but Baileys, Pina Colada shots, Rum, vodka shooters, etc. - they're decent to be fair, and free. Why do you have free drink in quotation marks?; it's a drink, and you don't pay for it - ergo, it's literally a free drink - you can choose a half pint of Guinness, Corona, or Bulmers cider. As for organisation, we've been operating for 11+ years now, we manage multiple, fairly large groups nightly, to a fixed route and schedule, and the vast, vast majority of people have a fantastic night and enjoy it - it is very well organised and the guides do a wonderful job on that front, so I won't have someone who can't even be bothered to organise their own sentence structure with even a semblance of punctuation cast such an unfair and inaccuate aspersion on their good work and our long-standing reputation. That said, I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations, Daniel, can't win 'em all I suppose, and I do sincerely hope you managed to have some fun somewhere during your time in Dublin, despite you're being less than impressed with us.
George_A, Jun 2025
Everybody was super chill, I clouding the tour guide Jonathan, I would highly recommend it checking it out ..
Brady_J, Jun 2025
They turned us away for wearing shorts and t-shirts, it did not specify that in the tour description, a little disappointing.
Response from Host, Jun 2025
Hi Brady, sorry to hear about this. To clarify, it wasn't us turned you away at the meeting point pub but the venue door staff. The dress code policy is in fact stated on the tour profile where you booked, as is the fact that crawlers are subject to the venues entry policies. You were offered the opportunity to pop back to your accommodation nearby to change and join us then as we still had ample time at the venue before moving on, but you declined to do so. You are welcome to join us on another occassion in lieu of this missed opportunity if desired, just email us to let us know if so.
Nathalie_T, Jun 2025
Book this experience!! I had the most fun ever, meeting people from around the world, exploring various bars in Dublin, and guided through it all by energetic and kind guides. The drink deals were great at each stop and we danced for 2.5 hours to end the night on a Tuesday. It’s been 2 days and I’m still recovering!! 10/10 experience
Kristen_S, May 2025
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was a little skeptical when I saw it, seeing as my husband and I are both in our early 40s and were on our honeymoon, but it was a great time! Brian was our guide for the evening and he was so nice and friendly. He played a whistle and told us so much history and gave us so many suggestions on places to visit. We met lots of new people from all over. It was just a blast!
Sita_B, May 2025
Amazing, so much fun, went with friends, easy to follow, I felt safe. Great deals, Bad Bobs was prolly the best stop of the night.
Shannon_F, May 2025
Stop right now looking for any better options. I can’t image it getting any better than theirs. Our hosts, Brian & Lee, were absolute perfection with their balance of being social & fun while keeping everything running seamlessly. The crawl perfectly winds up over the evening with a great mix of bar types from chill pub to silent disco or even the optional late night dance club. To be fully transparent, the free shots provided by the bars were completely watered down, but that’s no fault of the organizers. There was at least a decent amount of options for specials. WARNING REGARDING BAR SPECIALS: Two of the 4 bars charged both my son and I (for a total of
four times ever the ever) full price for our drinks even after we identified ourselves
