What a great afternoon!!...

What a great afternoon!! Don’t think of this as a bar crawl… it was much more! Joanna designed an amazing, truly unique tour for us. At each stop, Joanna had planned a particular tasting that provided the backdrop to relevant stories about Banff. Each and every wonderful drink was thoughtfully connected to Banff in a unique and meaningful way (and the food we tasted along with it was delicious as well). In addition to the food and drink, we had a couple of other stops on our walking tour that added to our appreciation of Banff… including an iconic photo stop! We learned that, although Joanna has offered many other food tours and has introduced elements of what we experienced, this particular tour was brand new to her offerings. We think it was an absolute winner!! One word of friendly caution: the “tipsy” in the title is a well-earned adjective…be prepared for 6 drinks (I’m counting the beer tasting as one of them) in 3 hours.
