Suzanne took us through a fun 1 hour cheese and paired beverage (wine/Beer etc.) tasting. Included in the presentation was some history and cheese making insights from the Henry Willis farm. We were all amazed at the volume of cheese that was offered to us, and the wine smacked. This experience is a must do on your trip to Amsterdam. Thank you Suzanne!!!!

Booked this last minute for same day experience. Our host, Quinton, was entertaining and we learned a lot about the whole process they use to make cheese. More samples than expected paired with dips served on a long board. They had 2 different beers and a red or white wine. Only negative is you didn’t get to sample all the beverages. You had to choose 2. Overall a good stop and well worth the price.
