On the hike to there and back we may see sloths and monkeys. At the Cliff you can take some amazing photos, it’s the perfect instagram opportunity. Then we'll drive around the town so you will get to know where is what. We will then visit Iguana Project, protected area where iguanas are raised to be released into the forest. This project is in a Bri Bri farm, so you will also learn about medicinal plants and Bri Bri culture. After that we will go to the waterfalls, a magical place in the woods, where we will relax and swim in the waterfall pool, share drinks and chat about Puerto Viejo and Pura Vida!

In my experiences, people will be able to live and know from the perspective of a local person with indigenous descent. many traditions that are very important to the culture such as medicinal plants, knowing the ceremony house, crafts, cocoa chocolate making and history. and also very important to share with local people and take home a beautiful memory of everything experienced in the place. and then after this beautiful cultural experience. We visited a waterfall in the area where you can swim and enjoy nature. It is an experience that will allow you to connect with the indigenous Bribri culture of the area and appreciate the nature of its surroundings, which very few people managed to visit and learn about the beauty of this culture. And something also very important is that even the little ones who live this experience will learn about one of the best-known cultures in Costa Rica.

If you're keen to explore the tropical trails of the Cahuita National Park but don't know where to get started, this small-group hiking tour is an excellent option. Spend a couple of hours with a local guide as you explore a route that ends at the beach. You might even spot a sloth or monkeys. When you're done, head back to your starting point accompanied by your guide, or stay to relax by the water (then return on your own).
