This was a wonderful cruise around the southern area of Lake Como. Our Gaid took us along the West Coast, then crossed over to the east side of the lake, describing villas history and attractions he treated us to Prosecco as we enjoyed our cruise. He was fun and engaging and allowed us to have an awesome experience. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Como.

The Lake Como boat tour...

The Lake Como boat tour is awesome! Alessandro knew the right spots to eat, the best places to sit on the boat for the best views and was super knowledgeable about the history of the area. He was super friendly and very patient when we asked questions. The only down side was not enough time to explore because of the ferry and train schedules. Belaggio and Varenna definitely need more time because it is so easy to get caught up in the beauty. I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful way to explore around Lake Como!

This was a wonderful way to explore around Lake Como! I would not have wanted to navigate all the train and ferry schedules myself, and being able to skip to the front of the line every time was definitely a perk! We enjoyed having plenty of time to explore at Varrenna and Bellagio, and the hidden gorge at Ballano was beautiful. Our guide Alice did an amazing job the entire day and made the trip so enjoyable!

Great time in Como

This is the best way to see Lugano & Lake Como. Andrea was knowledgable and engaging. It made for a great day and I couldn't have imagined how we would have seen so much of the lake and Bellagio without being on the tour. And knowing that we wouldn't miss a boat because we were part of a tour was a huge relief when the lines were so long that those waiting were missing multiple ferries. Highly recommend for a great way to see the sites!

Como Boat ride

The meeting point changed from when I booked the excursion. We had not realized an email was sent a couple of hours before letting me know the pick up spot but that information did not change on Viators reminders or app. Luckily, we got booked for another trip a couple of hours later. The boat ride was great! Beautiful villas and only 2 other people were on our boat. It felt semi private.

Matteo was exceptional. He managed to do the tour in two languages and spoke the same amount of time in each language. He gave clear instructions on where to meet and the time to go back to the bus. He was very attentive. Luigi, the driver, has incredible driving skills. Managed to go through very narrow streets without any problem. Long day but it was worth it.

Just … wow!

Filippo was a great captain, his English was great and his boating abilities smooth and seamless. Now for the experience: can’t miss is words that describe it. Eye popping with narration from the captain sharing folklore, facts and some fiction (explained) about celebrities, oligarchs, and generations of owners that have kept Lake Como a bit of a secret and its own perfect oasis. A wonderful cruise on Lake Como

Our boat driver Alessandro was excellent. Very good boating skills. Informative and humorous. Very knowledgeable about the mansions and hotels on Lake Como. The only negative was that the shore side experience was a bit disorganized and chaotic with many people and many different tour companies.
