After a stroll around the grounds and perhaps a guided tour of the castle, we continue to the picturesque Muckross House and Gardens. This hunting lodge once accommodated Queen Victoria and its location on Muckross lake is second to none. From Muckross we continue on the Ring of Kerry route stopping off at Torc Waterfall and Ladies View before we pass through the mountain pass of Molls Gap and into the historic Kenmare town.
