Blarney and Kinsale worth it!
John was our guide and Billy was our driver. Butler tours was able to pick us up at the ship terminal. John has that great dry Irish humor! Very knowledgeable tour. Lots of steps but there is a rope to pull yourself up the stairs with. The wait wasn’t bad ~1hr. Going up the steps with a long line was better, because you could go up one step at a time and not feel rushed to climb quickly. Oh, and they clean off the stone between kissers! An extra bonus of a walking tour with John through Kinsale was wonderful. Lots of history.

Great for an afternoon walk
Great little tour. Easy to follow directions once you got to the starting point and it connects to Google Maps to get you there initially. Easy to start and stop if you wanted to explore a side street or have a pint. Also enough tidbits of information that you could google and learn more. I was by myself and it was a nice way to spend a lazy afternoon wandering around a lovely city. Definitely worth $6!

Totally worth it
We loved our tour with Martin and Brian. It was a bit confusing at first with the various pickups and drop offs but once we figured things out things certainly picked up. We really enjoyed the jaunting car through Killarney National Park and knew in advance that this would be an extra cost. The Kerry Bog Village Museum was a bit overpriced (I jokingly said I paid €7 to pet a dog). Our time in Waterville felt a bit rushed but just because we were at the back of the queue and the sheer number of people grabbing lunch took ages. The views were absolutely stunning and the weather was mostly on our side. I even got to hold a baby lamb! When the weather did turn, at Ladies View, it actually resulted in some of the most beautiful photos. Overall we were completely satisfied with the day and the price we paid.

A great craic and full belly!
What a great craic we had with Gráinne! We ended up being the only ones on the tour and it felt like we explored Cork with an old friend. We ate and ate and ate… and drank and chatted and learned about the city. It’s a day we’ll never forget. Thanks again, Gráinne!
