During the course there will be both theory and practice and the preparations taught will be easily replicable at home. At the end of the course a diploma will be awarded and the recipes will be sent to the participants.

Discover Tuscany’s culinary heritage at a historic 17th-century villa in the heart of Chianti Classico. Start your day with an Italian moka coffee while learning about the villa’s winemaking history. Enjoy a guided walk through the vineyards, olive groves, and gardens, and uncover the art of wine production and organic farming. Delve into the family’s 3-generation tradition of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) production, followed by a professional EVOO tasting to distinguish the finest varieties. The experience continues with a delicious Tuscan light lunch, featuring local cheeses, cured meats, homemade pasta, and villa-crafted wine, all set against the breathtaking Tuscan hills. The experience begins at 10 : 00 in the morning. We will meet at our farm, where we will have a brief introduction to our small family business. Guests will be accompanied by an environmental Guide who will explain the route and provide information on the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the territory, as well as the different animal and plant species we will encounter along the way (if the season allows, we will collect edible wild plants for lunch). We will find a corner in the woods, perfect for a picnic, where we will taste a glass of wine from our company with cheeses and cold cuts. We will resume the journey back to our farm, where a three-course lunch of seasonal agricultural products will be served, including a tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil. The planned route is of medium-low difficulty with duration 2 - 2.5 hours.
