Jesse was a lovely tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had a real passion for what he was doing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He showed us some of the best spots to visit and was always happy to offer to take photos for us. He also took some really creative and different photos, giving us pictures that were a little different from the usual tourist shots. Jesse was very approachable, friendly and accommodating, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. His knowledge and enthusiasm really added to the experience, and we had a fantastic time!

I took part in this tour with my mom and it was one of the best parts of our trip. Despite the early morning & long drives, our tour guide (Steve) provided us with an unforgettable experience. Not only was he extremely friendly, but he was also very knowledgeable and funny. He provided us with photography and viewpoint tips, along with snacks and water. Steve’s service combined with the beauty of the rocky mountains created an amazing day for my mom and I. We definitely recommend this tour, specifically with Steve as your guide! :)

This was definitely manageable for someone who has never ridden a horse before! There are inclines and declines along the way, but that was part of the fun. We did have rain the whole time so not the best views, though I bet it would be beautiful. Regardless, they had long raincoats for us to borrow, explained the horseback riding well, and it was a lovely activity!

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide-Gaurav (Mr.G)! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire tour. He made sure everyone was comfortable, answered all our questions, and created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy truly made the tour special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had several tours during my stay in Canada but this one I have to give it a score of 100%. This tour was so well organized. Our tour guide Dair was very friendly, caring, empathetic and so considerare of us. He was always in such high spirits, great sense of humor, put good music, and had the best recommendations to make the most of our trip. Also, I appreciated that he kept us imformed at all times about the time of driving time between spots, and the recommended washrooms available. This way we were able to prepare ourselves and ensure we used the recomended washrooms even if we did not needed it and avoid using the unsanitary ones. I appreciated this the most since on another tour the guide did not provide us any info so we really did not know which was the recommended washrooms and how long was the driving time to get to them, so most people used washrooms in extremly poor conditions not knowing that the next stop was just a short drive and they could have hold it. This tour is very long but soo worth it. So please be mindfull of the time and be always punctual, thats the best way to make the most of your trip. If you are late you will have less time on the spots. We were given alot of time to enjoy all spots. The lakes were extremely beautiful. We met such great people during this tour. Dairs food recommendation was on point. I loved that he asked us auestions at the binning of the tour to know more about us and our interests to give us pointers and recomending what to do. I got to do the canoe, although expensive it was soooo worth it. I honestly though I would not be able to do it. lol. I was concerned for our tour guide because if we were on this tour for about 13 hours I cannot imagine when the day began and ended for the tour guide since he had to pick us up & drop us off first before heading back home Thank you Dair you are very special. We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours. We had an amazing experience on this tour! We truly enjoyed visiting Banff, the gondola, and the beautiful lakes. Everything was very well organized, and we felt very comfortable throughout the entire trip. Our guide, Nick, was incredibly kind, attentive, and splendid.
