John Bow was an excellent tour guide—informative, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. Best tour i have done. Had a very limited knowledge of NYC. Jim our tour guide was so passionate about NYC. He showed us so much of NYC we would had never seen or known. We discovered so may hidden gems that we would not had seen on a bus tour. If in NYC for the 1st time, do this tour, you won't be disappointed. A++
