We had beautiful weather but it probably doesn’t matter as this is a beautiful excursion to the top of Mt. Pilatus, close to Lucerne. The views are amazing and there is plenty of infrastructure on top, including various food options. Our guide Lincoln was great.

This was an amazing day!...

This was an amazing day! Up to Mount Pilatus in a tram, spent 2 hours on the top of the mountain. Plenty of time to take amazing pictures, shop in the souvenir shop, and have lunch. Then down the mountain in the worlds steepest cog wheel, and finished up with an hour cruise on lake Lucerne. The only thing they did not give us was the voucher for lunch. We were told that’s only during the winter

Great tour, for a price

This was a somewhat pricey but great way to see Pilatus and Lake Lucerne. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and even stayed positive when a city bus breakdown delayed our progress. Sadly, we missed the cog railway season opening by a few days which is not easy to discover from the description (mid-May). But the lovely views, both from the cable car up the mountain and on the boat were enjoyable nonetheless.
