Perfect tour for an overview of Lucerne. My guide, Florence, was delightful! Exactly what I wanted for my first afternoon. I spent another three days in Lucerne on my own, and my overview tour gave me the "lay of the land" so I could wander about the city. Leighton was a very knowledgeable & helpful tour guide. He met us in the train station in Basel & assisted us in getting back on public transportation after the excursion. The cog rail was fun, but we were hoping to ride the gondola as well. The other tour guests were expecting the gondola too. Mt Pilatus was amazing & we were very happy with Leighton. Views from Lake Lucerne were amazing too.
