There are too many steps to retrieve tickets, you get an email, then a voucher, then a onetime login - which didn’t work. We had to call Viator both times we purchased tickets. The Arc was great -

Arc de Triomphe is worth the effort

Great views from the Arc de Triomphe on a clear day. Lots of steps but not difficult, and if you are unable to do the steps there is an elevator for those who need it. There are three levels -- the first two have a lot of historical information well presented and a gift shop (of course!). There are rest rooms on the first level. Be safe -- use the tunnel that goes under the Place d'Etoile -- DON'T try to run across the multiple lanes of traffic!

It’s a hard walk up all the steps! But it’s great fun watching all the traffic up there. Couldn’t believe how much space up there was up there. They really could make much better use of it.

Definitely not worth the price. We could not find the group at the “meeting point” but were able to get someone to send us the tickets. The line was not long at all so we would have gone through quickly without the high price of your tickets. We requested the elevator for my partner as he has a pacemaker and the attendants were wonderful—through no help of your service. I would not recommend this package to anyone.
