We had the best experience!! We hopped on at the 10th stop and had a ball with the driver (Louis). We were sad we had to change cars. But the next driver was just as personable and knowledgeable. We did the entire tour and learned a lot and had a great time doing it. Would highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service, no response from supervisor. My stop to the keys was cancelled on my ship as we were leaving port. Because it was less than 24 hrs they kept my payment. I had no control and was not told we were not stopping there until we pulled out of port. I should not be charged for this type of cancellation. Horrible customer service. 5 days later and still no response from anyone. Just take my money. Maybe offer a credit to use on a later date???

I had a great time on the trolley tour. Very comfortable seats and anywhere you sat was a good seat. Karl was our tour guide and was very funny and knowledgeable and gave great history lessons about Key West.. I have been to Key West many times and this was my son’s first time so we went on the tour and I’m so glad because I’ve learned things and been to places that I’ve never been to in Key West. Highly recommend.!!! and the buses were on time and there was always seats available.

The tour is a good way to 'get your feet wet' in Key West. We did get to see where some things are and learned some interesting facts. The various drivers we had were friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue is the price point - it's not worth the $50+ per person that is being charged. Yes the tickets are good for all of their operating day - However, after you've made the entire circuit (about 1.5 hours) how much more are you going to keep riding the bus to hear the same spiel about the same locations? Perhaps an option with a shorter window for rides at a lower price point would be a good fit.

Super easy and fun way to quickly see the city. We did hop on and off at times and found it a relaxing and cost effective way to get around. We had 4 drivers and each one told unique stories. They were all friendly and nice. I would book it again in the future.
