Interesting and informative walking tour of Split
Karla, our Split walking tour guide, was knowledgeable, patient and interesting to listen to on our 1.5 hr walking tour of the old part of Split, inside the palace fortress of Roman emperor Diocletian. She was kind and solicitous with those of us with some ambulatory impediments. She made this tour absolutely enjoyable.

High energy food and history tour
Ivana is such a great hostess to her wonderful city of Split. The local restaurants were excellent. Food and ambiances reflected the great atmosphere of the city. Ivana’s energy and knowledge of the city and its history made this a world class experience. We highly recommend this tour!

As a solo traveler, I can...
As a solo traveler, I can honestly say the Underwater Museum completely took my breath away – such a unique and unforgettable experience. Even though I’m not the best swimmer, the sea is shallow and the statues are visible from the surface, so I was able to see all of them without any problem. After swimming and snorkeling, I relaxed on the loungers, which are free, along with the sun umbrellas and access to the aqua park – perfect way to unwind! The crew was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Lunch was delicious, and the best part is that everything is included in the price, so there are no hidden costs at all. Highly recommended to everyone – a truly memorable tour!

Lovely way to spend a cool fall day in Split
Plitvice is a beautiful national park with many waterfalls. Even inbthe fog, it was lovely. We took the last tour of the season in November until next spring. Our tour guides Mia & Sonia were excellent and knowledgeable. They spoke perfect English. Most of the day the weather was foggy and cold. 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit. Thankfully, we dressed in layers and brought hats and gloves. It is a very long ride from Split. Approximately 12 hours round trip. Three hours each way on a comfortable bus, so be prepared. We wore hiking shoes, brought water and our breakfast. There is one midway quick bathroom stop where you can but food & drinks. None of us opted for the biat tro Spagran because everything was closed there. Mia told us there was nothing there at thus time of the season. The park tour ends around 2:30pm. There was a warm and cizy restaurant to have a quick lunch before we left. We were told that during the hot sumner months the oark is packed and everything takes much longer because of the crowds and the heat. All in all it was a pleasant small group of 15. Very manageable.
