The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of six courses almost as if it were private. Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu. Five lables of wine, as the Asyrtiko from Santorini, Malagouzia from Paros, Robola from Kefalonia, Mosholfilero from Mantineia and the sweet Malagouzia from Macedonia could accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served. The wine tasting accompanying the Aegean tasting menu is optional, at 40 euros per person.

Galatea is a splendid Turkish gulet, the only one on the island of Paros. 19 meters long and 5.5 meters wide, it features elegant lines and spacious interior and exterior living spaces. Galatea has a large sundeck at the bow and a large seating area at the stern, as well as sun loungers on the deckhouse. A maximum of 25 people can embark to ensure the best possible sailing experience. Galatea departs at 10:00 am from the port of Piso Livadi with stops: - sailing along the east coast of Paros - stopping in the beautiful bays south of Antiparos - stopping in the stunning and wild Despotiko - stopping in the enchanting Blue Lagoon (The remaining time between stops will be used for transportation from one point to another.) Departure at 10.00 from Naousa port and returns at 16.00. Under good weather conditions we sail outside Naousa Bay to collect the fishing nets were cast the night before (30 min. procedure). Fishing with a rod takes place in windless Naousa Bay, ensuring calm and safe conditions ( for 1 hour). Combine swimming with fishing on a traditional boat tour and spend the day at sea visiting some of the island's most famous beaches: Small Santa Maria – Laggeri –& Platia Ammos. During the cruise, a freshly prepared lunch is served, featuring traditional Greek cuisine made with local ingredients — often complemented by the day’s fishing catch. Argentina wooden boat, has a length of 19 m. and 5,5 m. width. Minimum participation is 10 pax. The traditional boat Argentina, departs daily from Parikia marine at 10.00 returning at 17.00. We welcome you on board offering juices and cookies. During our sea tour will be visiting the area of South Paros and Antiparos, especially Despotiko and the magical Panteronisia complex (blue Lagoon), Cliff jumping and Fyra . The first stop & dive of our tour is at the famous Panteronisia complex (blue lagoon) for about 30 minutes time. Our next stop will be at Sea caves of Antiparos, swimming and diving while enjoying the location. Our sea stop for lunch will be at Despotiko for one hour. On our return to Parikia port we will make a final stop at Fyra beach for 30 minutes, if weather permits, otherwise we choose an alternative location . Under windless weather conditions we choose the stunning location of Monastiraki, a beautiful beach as an alternative route of the program.

Our cruise starts with a delicious breakfast enjoyed on board while heading towards our first destination, Panteronisia / Blue Lagoon.  Once there, we will be surrounded by shallow azure waters, impossible to come by at any accessible spot on the island. We will take our time to enjoy the mesmerizing view and our first swim, accompanied by local snacks. Mastichari cave. There, we will discover small sea caves ideal for snorkeling, while the white rocks above are suitable for daring cliff jumping. Then, we will pass by the famous cave of Epitaphios and reach the shallow waters of Despotiko island to savor a traditional Greek lunch served on board. We will grill fresh fish or meat, depending on your preferences, and we will enjoy them along with freshly made greek salad, potato salad, and a nice cold beer. Our last stop will be the famous bay of Faneromeni, where we will enjoy one last swim, take in the splendid view, and relax under the warm sun while tasting refreshing seasonal fruits.

Chef Daniele will teach and show you the secrets of handmade pasta from start to finish at your holiday villa. You can practice with him and eat delicious fresh pasta dishes made on spot just for you and your guests. Italian appetizers and drinks (spritz, wine and soft drinks) are served during the class. Other Italian food options are available as per request.

That semi private boat tour is a family friendly full day tour, due its small number of maximum participants and allows you to enjoy some of the most beautiful secluded beach locations, that Paros has to offer. ( Panteronisi, Cliff Jumping or sea caves, Tsimintiri Despotico, additionally Monasteries & Agios Spyridonas or Fira depending weather conditions). Our experienced captain will choose the most protected areas from winds and occasionally might change the route of trip, in order to be more enjoyable- as safety comes first . She is so polite and ready to provide details about passing through locations or sea stops. Snorkelling equipment is available and swimming allowed in all stops.
