Can't miss this one.. we saved the best adventure for last
The perfect way to wrap up our boys' weekend! Five guys, five beautiful horses, and two great guides. Andres was excellent—super friendly, well organized, and great with communication. He was also patient with the less experienced riders in our group. The horses were beautiful and incredibly well trained. The trail was gorgeous, the weather was perfect, and the whole experience was amazing. I had the pleasure of riding Canelo, such a kind horse! If you're comfortable riding, there are also plenty of opportunities to gallop, which was an absolute blast. I left feeling recharged after connecting with nature and such a powerful animal. This is a bucket-list experience you shouldn't miss. 100% would do it again!

One of my best experiences while in Colombia
The owner and guide were experienced, funny, and treated us like family. You get to meet other travelers. You will see the beautiful scenery and also stop with locals for homemade treats. If you love animals you will love it. If you haven’t been on a horse no worries, they will teach you. The animals are well kept, which is very important for an animal lover like me. They stop for breaks often for the horses and you. You can tell they both really love what they do and it shows on how much all the animals love them. They are respected by the community everyone knows them. Loved the experience. Book it! It’s worth it.

A spectacular and unforgettable equestrian experience
Luis is a dedicated host and an expert in equestrian matters. We learned and enjoyed ourselves on the back of a Paso Fino horse at the ranch and, later, on the beach with other horses on a SPECTACULAR ride of almost two hours. Totally recommended and we will undoubtedly do it again.

Exceptional Horse Riding Tour (La Calera / Paramo near Bogotá):
This horseback riding tour was hands down one of the highlights of our entire South American trip. In Europe, trail rides are often strictly regulated—if you aren't an experienced rider, guides usually hold your horse on a lead or keep the horses tied together. Here, everyone rode freely. They gave us a quick intro on the basics of controlling the horse, and that was it. The horses were extremely well-trained and calm, yet responsive. I had read in previous reviews that the horses walked very slowly, but that definitely wasn't our experience! We actually got to canter, which our kids absolutely loved—the sheer joy on their faces throughout the ride was priceless. After a scenic 40-minute ride uphill, we reached a breathtaking viewpoint near the town of La Calera. We took plenty of pictures while our guide shared fascinating facts about the surrounding Andes, the local drinking water reservoir, and the unique Páramo ecosystem. On the way back down, we maintained a relaxed pace, but the horses were still eager to run a bit, so we enjoyed a few more fun canters. If you are near Bogotá, don't miss this—it is an incredible, liberating experience for the whole family!
