Great day hiking Santa...
Great day hiking Santa Ana volcano. View at the top was spectacular. Our driver Herbert was on schedule, professional and shared lots of info about El Salvador. Our guide for the hike was Garbriel and he was fantastic. We also learned so many things about the history of El Salvador, volcanos, birds and vegetation. Their English was impressive. I definitely recommand this tour.

El Salvador's Best Storyteller
Dave is a gem who loves his country. His storytelling is superb and the tour was great! His unique experience with the complex history of el salvador makes the tour feel rich and genuine. Dave is also well known in the city. Many times we'd randomly pass by someone Dave knows lol.

Best way to see El Salvador on a layover
I had an amazing time in San Salvador, largely thanks to Ernesto. I had a long layover of 15 hours in San Salvador so I wanted to get to know the area and did a bunch of research of getting into city center by local transport or Uber, or renting a car to drive around El Salvador, or taking tours to see sites. Ultimately I chose this private car service and it was 100% worth the price. It was easy communicating with Ernesto on my way out of the airport. Met up with him, put my luggage in the car, and we were off to explore. He asked me what I wanted to do and created an itinerary on our way to city center. We went to a restaurant overlooking Lago Ilopango, puerta del Díablo, the historic center, el Boqueron Volcano, La Libertad beach, Olucuilta (the place to get pupusas), and back to the airport. I felt completely safe, while getting to see so much more of the country than I thought I could in 12 hours. You can also pay for extra time if you need more than 12 hours. Ernesto was amazing and I highly recommend him if you are visiting San Salvador. He always made it a priority to let me know my options and gave me his recommendations for things to do.

Incredible Santa Ana Volcano & Lake Coatepeque Tour!
Our family of five had an amazing experience on the Santa Ana Volcano and Lake Coatepeque tour! The views from the top of the volcano were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire day was one of the highlights of our trip to El Salvador.
Diego was an exceptional guide. I struggled with some of the steeper sections of the hike, but his patience, encouragement, and calm reassurance gave me the confidence to keep going. He never made me feel rushed and checked in on me throughout the climb, making what felt like a difficult hike much more manageable.
Thanks to Diego’s support, all five members of our family made it to the summit, and standing at the top together was an unforgettable accomplishment.
Diego was also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about the volcano, the surrounding area, and El Salvador throughout the day. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for his guests made this tour truly special. He is a wonderful ambassador for El Salvador and represents the warmth and hospitality we experienced throughout our visit.
If you’re considering hiking Santa Ana Volcano, don’t hesitate to book this tour. It was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend going with Diego!

Excellent time
A wonderful full day! Diego was an expert guide. He and the driver were prompt from the get go and very helpful at getting us through passport control, lining up the guide at Copan, choosing a wonderful restaurant for lunch and getting us home.
Copan surpassed my expectations and I recommend the tunnels as these are unique to all the Mayan sites.

A vibrant city with kind people and culture.
This city tour was outstanding! We learned so much about the history and culture and enjoyed all the different stops along the tour. What a joy to see families and children living their best life in this beautiful country: and not to forget the delicious food everywhere. How does a country go from being hell on earth to becoming the MOST safest country in the world, it’s aa absolute miracle brought forward by the dedicated leadership of one man. A million thanks to our wonderful tour guide Azucena and her assistants. Already planing a return visit.

A great time
Great guide and driver, friendly, helpful, informed. Fun to see a variety of colonial towns, markets, food tents and artisan shops. The drive was scenic, comfortable air conditioned van, great vista stops and countryside. Enjoyed it, tried unique fruits and food.

Challenging but fun
Gaby was our tour guide. At the waterfall Freddy Joined us as a guide as well. They were both great. Gaby was very nice. It was a VERY challenging tour though!! The way down and up from the waterfall are so hard. I don’t know if the volcano or this one was hard. There’s no breeze and you sweat like if you were in a Sauna. The good thing is that the water is cold. Tunco was fun and had a couple of streets to walk. I actually liked their souvenirs way than the stores and markets I went to. I would suggest buying them there. The tour was fun but I would never do it again as it’s physically very challenging.

Chamba was super friendly...
Chamba was super friendly and an amazing tour guide! He took us through the entire tour while sharing detailed background and history about each place we visited. He recommended the best local shops if we wanted to buy souvenirs, as well as the best places for coffee and pupusas. His knowledge, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his excellent service and highly recommend him!

Breathtaking views.
Great experience. It was hot and humid at San Andres Mayan site but cool to look at. The Cerro Verde is a must experience Absolutely amazing, the views and the freshness. Alfredo our guide was pleasant and fantastic guide, him and the driver Juan were very perfessional and accommodating. Highly recommend this tour.
The road to the national park was a bit tough with curves but worth it.

Perfecto
Honestly I loved this activity being in El Salvador was extremely hard for me and my sister as it is a Spanish speaking country and we knew that before going but it was my birthday I’m Caribbean and want to see the world outside of just Caribbean countries. Francisco made it so we learnt about the history and seen some places that were far from the hotel at which we stayed at he took pictures and videos that were sent to us right away. All in all I would definitely recommend you to do this activity with Mr Francisco he speaks good enough English for us to have a conversation and he also speaks Spanish as well. He’s such a gentleman and has perfect manners I wish him all the best in life and hopefully he gained some clientele when I post my video on TikTok. Thank you Francisco for making my birthday so fun.

You’ll never be bored in El Salvador, the land of volcanoes with rich indigenous heritage and world-class coffee culture. Sightseeing tours focus on the capital, San Salvador, where you can snack on pupusas between visits to key landmarks and the panoramic rainbow slide. National parks abound here, which means plenty of tours that take you hiking around volcanoes and crater lakes, swimming and cliff jumping by waterfalls, and picnicking at sweeping viewpoints. The variety doesn’t stop there: Other El Salvador tours spotlight impressive Mayan ruins and the colorful cobblestoned towns along the Ruta de Las Flores.
