An amazing experience, worth every dollar
This experience blew us all away. Franklin is the best in the business when it comes to being a tour guide. He was super flexible with pick up and met us at a gas station outside of the city because we were driving into Leon the day of our experience. The communication was great via WhatsApp with Franklin. His English is 10/10 and he explains everything to you as you go, the drive to Cerro Negro is part of the experience with him as he explains the history of the area. Safety is his number 1 priority and he is one of the few guides that provides a helmet, goggles, gloves, and the board. His service does include someone to carry your board and trust me you are going to want that. He captured a ton of pictures and videos for our group which allowed us just to enjoy the hike. I would recommend everyone to take this tour.

Amazing experience !
The first stop was at the Masaya volcano which I found really interesting! The museum is super cute. The souvenir shops in this area were much cheaper and interesting than in other places. Anthony was great at giving us some time to browse without feeling like we were rushed. The lagoon was a cute spot for pics. Granada tour was great as well really felt like I saw a lot of the city with the short time I went. My favorite part was the boat ride inlets of Granada, I could have spent the whole day here to be honest. Overall I’d definitely recommend if you want to see quite a bit of Nicaragua when you are short on time.

Great Excursion !
I really enjoyed this tour with Eliot. This tour did something a lot of other tours don’t do, which they give you some time to get some lovely souvenirs at the artisan market. I recommend the tour in the afternoon so that you can catch the sunset. All the places were great to see and if you would like the typical food you can get taken to a local place. Great tour to see everything Managua has especially when you are short on time.

Wonder of Nature
Well worth the trip with a Guide. A tip i reccomend is to book the 4pm trip to get there for twilight and see the crater just before and after sunset (time of year depending). Thete is limited time at the crater due to rising gases with health and safety paramount. Visibility can be pot luck if the day is cloudy or windy that can blow gas so suggest to book as close to the day you forsee cpuld produce a clear evening. Mother nature however will prevail.

Challenging but rewarding hike
This is an extremely challenging hike, but rewarding. It was cloudy at the top, but beautiful views on the way up and the way down. The La Union trail offered great views of the entire island. Our guide was very kind and a true mountain goat - he was patient to help and wait for us, I’m sure he could have hiked the volcano in half the time we took. For those who complain their guide wasn’t fluent in English, remember you are in their country, not yours and appreciate the culture.

Wonderful and full of flavor
I usually don't bother to write reviews (I know I should lol) but the local food tour in Leon was phenomenal! Oscar made the tour exceptional! His knowledge of Leon and all of Nicaragua looked at through the lens of food was wonderful. It was focused on traditional food from not only the current population but also expanded to the indigenous cuisine. Wonderful! Thank you Oscar for a great tour. If you are thinking of taking this tour I would recommend asking for Oscar.

Top-notch!
This was such a delightful tour! A lot of things to see and do - time just flew! The tour guide Zohar demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the places we went through, was very engaging and communicated great both in English and in Spanish (I wanted to practice my Spanish a bit). Awesome boat ride (don't want to spoil, so just know it was wow!), visits to local business, historical places (obviously), great city views, Instagram-worth photos and the volcano! It was clear that the guide wanted to demonstrate the beauty of the places, for instance, when churches were closed for some time they seemed disappointed and tried to figure out how to handle the situation, they discovered changes in working hours, adjusted the tour and then gracefully returned back to the churches so guest (me) did not miss a thing! That was likely the best tour I had in Central America so far, do recommend to everyone! Bravo Zohar!

Highly Recommended
Zohar was a fantastic guide to the volcano. She is friendly, ambitious, and personable and was able to communicate well the history and culture of the Nicaraguan people, both past and present. She gave beneficial insight into Volcan Masaya, from it's formation and the history, to the folklore and cultural feelings about this unique part of the Managuan landscape. I asked many questions and she entertained my inquisitiveness. I'd advise to take along a bottle of water for the evening tour as the cue to the park entrance can get quite lengthy.

Perfect SUP Sunrise Experience
Such an amazing experience with a wonderful guide. Diana is so friendly and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect from the pre-activity communication to On-time pick up. Seamlessly organized throughout. And the experience… A great stretching session while you watch the sunrise and then a picturesque paddle across the lake. Diana is taking photos for you so no need to be concerned with that. Just enjoy the moment. Then you float and have some delicious local organic coffee tea and wonderful conversation with 360° views. Perfect way to start the day. 100% recommend.

Great guides and experience!
This was amazing! It was just the two of us and two guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel safe even though it was a crazy experience. I went very slowly and my husband went way faster, and we both had a whale of a time and thankfully avoided any injuries doing this extreme sport.
