From start to finish, this cave tubing and ziplining excursion was an incredible experience. Even before the tour began, the communication was fantastic. Dennis Senior coordinated with us over WhatsApp, answering every single question we had and making sure we were completely prepared with plenty of helpful information. Dennis Junior picked us up directly from the airport, and he instantly set the tone for an amazing day. He is genuinely one of the most knowledgeable tour guides we’ve ever had, but not in a dry, boring way! He has so much natural charisma and personality that a 45-minute drive felt like it only took two minutes. He shared the rich history and local facts about Belize in such an approachable, engaging style that it made the entire day even more fun. What really made the experience impactful was how easy it was to connect with him. When we weren't learning about the fascinating history and beautiful landscape of Belize, we were effortlessly bonding over music and sports. Best activity in Belize for Teens

Richard of MayaWalk was our guide on this adventure in June 2026. After a 30-45 minute walk through the forest with no bugs, we entered the cave by swimming through a pool of turqoise clear water. We proceeded to be in the cave around three hours crawling over, under, and through boulders, and wading and swimming through pools. Eventually we reached the upper chamber where we removed our shoes and walked in socks to preserve the integrity of the cave while viewing Mayan artifacts and remains. My teens have historically not liked tours, preferring to explore at their own pace. Richard caught their attention with engaging storytelling about the cave’s geology, Mayan history, and wildlife. We were lucky to have one guide for our family of four. Our teens rated this experience as better than visiting the above ground Mayan ruins and snorkeling the barrier reef. MayaWalk had absolutely too notch engaging, outgoing, and knowledgeable guides who thought of everything from a briefing on the ride to the caves covering phobias, to the best Belizean chicken meal we had on the trip. This is the tour to pick!

Great Way to experience Belize!

Jeff was a great guide! He shared insights about the culture and communities as we traveled to each spot. All the activities were fun and slow paced. Definitely would be okay for families with young kids. It is a lot of time in a van, so be prepared for that. We spent around 4+ hours total traveling.

Not to be missed!

We had an amazing adventure with Andre and Kyle snorkeling both in the Marine Preserve and Shark Alley. They explain everything ahead of time and are obviously very focused on ensuring BOTH their guests experience and respect for the environment we snorkeled in. It was such a fun day seeing turtles, 2 types of rays, barracudas, sharks, and SO many types of fish. My family can’t recommend this tour company and these two guys enough. It was a great day! 10/10!

Best tour guides ever!

My grandson and I had the best tour with Marvin and Leo! The history of the Mayans was so interesting. I learned so much. After a delicious lunch we started our trek up the hill for the cave tubing. I'm 75 years old and definitely not in the best of shape, but Leo stayed with me and encouraged me all the way up the hill. Once we got in the water it was everything I had imagined. The water felt great and the terrain was beautiful. Leo pointed out the different birds we saw. We then entered the cave and it was awesome! This was definitely the highlight of my trip to Belize.

I always use Viator to plan excursions for my trips. This one did not disappoint! Very professional crew. They really kept the vibe to make sure everyone had a fun time. Felt safe snorkeling. This was the best day with the best guide! We absolutely loved Sonny! He was incredibly knowledgeable with fishing, patient when teaching, and completely flexible to our requests. Hes also one heck of a cook, our lunch was delicious! My husband has been on many fishing charters and this one he said was by far the best! Can you please have Sonny reach out to us?
