Mike was clearly a cut above other guides, so I wasn't surprised that he is an accredited interpretive guide. He shared wonderful historical stories, stories about geology, and his clear enthusiasm as a local Calgarian for his community and the nature around him. Mike was thoughtful, funny, and warm, sharing coffee and maple cookies and his reflections as a local with his small group. A skillful group leader, he guided us through ice breakers and encouraged us to get to know each other, setting the stage for a warm and funny group experience. Mike even took great pictures of me, which my family appreciated! The quality of this experience was top notch.

The suspension bridge, cliffwalk and treetops adventure were fun to experience. Even though it was late afternoon in mid-October, there were a lot of people visiting. I can’t imagine how crowded it must be in the summer. Many people stop halfway across the bridges and walkways to take photos, so pack your patience with you. I gave the bridge 5 stars, but the free shuttle service was confusing. We didn’t realize that we could have driven ourselves to the bridge. The pick-up location at the Hyatt was not obvious nor listed in the Viator activity information. We talked to one couple who had been at the correct pick-up location at the Hyatt for an hour. Only after I called the bridge staff did we learn that the last pick-up had been at 3:35 p.m., even though the bridge website said otherwise and the confirmation said pickup would begin at 3:45. All that aside, once we arrived at the bridge, we had a great time.

Melvin was absolutely amazing! He made our Niagara tour such a great experience from start to finish. He knew exactly where to take us, what was worth seeing, and how to make the most of our time without ever making the day feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he really knew the area well, and he gave us great recommendations throughout the day. Everything felt smooth and well planned, which made it so much easier for us to just enjoy the experience. What stood out the most was how attentive and helpful he was. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable trip and didn’t miss anything important. If you are looking for a Niagara tour guide, I would absolutely recommend Melvin. He made the experience so much more enjoyable, and I would book with him again without hesitation!

Our experience with Val was great. She is very organized. The process for boarding the boat and behind the falls was very smooth. Val is very passionate about what she does and it shows and made it that much more fun. She gave us great tips on how and where to get the best view due to the time of day and sun. Definitely recommend! Had a GREAT experience.

Samuel did an excellent job of mixing history with food tastings. He packed a lot into 3 hours. The fall colors added to the joy of the day. On our own, we would have NEVER ordered many of the samples. We were surprised at how good ALL of them tasted. Our food horizons have been broadened.

The gondola ride in Banff was absolutely amazing and worth every penny! The views were incredible, with breathtaking scenery in every direction. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. What made the experience even better was the staff. The people inside were very friendly and took the time to educate us about the bears and other local wildlife, which made the experience even more interesting. The staff members helping everyone load into the gondolas were also super nice, welcoming, and helpful. Between the spectacular views and the outstanding customer service, this experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend the Banff Gondola to anyone visiting the area.

An incredible and unforgettable experience! Flyover Vancouver offers a unique way to discover the beauty of Canada from a whole new perspective. The immersive effects, stunning visuals, and realistic sensations make you feel like you’re truly flying over Vancouver. Everything was well organized, and the experience was both exciting and relaxing. Highly recommended for visitors and locals alike—definitely a highlight of our time in Vancouver!

This was a fantastic tour. Our tour guide was very engaging and knew a lot about the falls. She gave us lots of tips about the area and the history of the falls. We were not expecting the amount of walking involved. It was probably about 2+ miles from start to finish.
