A Fun Time for All Ages; Be Sure to Confirm if You're Using the Free Shuttle

The suspension bridge, cliffwalk and treetops adventure were fun to experience. Even though it was late afternoon in mid-October, there were a lot of people visiting. I can’t imagine how crowded it must be in the summer. Many people stop halfway across the bridges and walkways to take photos, so pack your patience with you. I gave the bridge 5 stars, but the free shuttle service was confusing. We didn’t realize that we could have driven ourselves to the bridge. The pick-up location at the Hyatt was not obvious nor listed in the Viator activity information. We talked to one couple who had been at the correct pick-up location at the Hyatt for an hour. Only after I called the bridge staff did we learn that the last pick-up had been at 3:35 p.m., even though the bridge website said otherwise and the confirmation said pickup would begin at 3:45. All that aside, once we arrived at the bridge, we had a great time.

What an absolutely fantastic experience! We booked the Exclusive Priority Niagara Boat Tour & Journey Behind the Falls as part of our Canadian honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Our guide, Todd, was absolutely phenomenal! His knowledge of Niagara Falls was incredible — honestly, what Todd doesn’t know about Niagara isn’t worth knowing! He was so enthusiastic, entertaining and engaging, bringing the history and fascinating stories of the Falls to life. His passion and sense of humour made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Todd really went above and beyond to make our tour memorable, and he made our honeymoon feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Great Tour Expereince

Melvin was absolutely amazing! He made our Niagara tour such a great experience from start to finish. He knew exactly where to take us, what was worth seeing, and how to make the most of our time without ever making the day feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he really knew the area well, and he gave us great recommendations throughout the day. Falls with Val

Our experience with Val was great. She is very organized. The process for boarding the boat and behind the falls was very smooth. Val is very passionate about what she does and it shows and made it that much more fun. She gave us great tips on how and where to get the best view due to the time of day and sun. We originally were only interested in the boat ride and tried to get out of the walking tour. The customer service representative convinced me to please give it a try. Thankfully we conceded. Our tour guide was very well prepared and his presentation skills were excellent. Really enjoyed the wealth of knowledge that he shared with us.

Surrounded by Whales

This was an amazing experience. We first saw Octo, the whale and then some harbor seals and sea lions. Just when we thought that might be it we came into a field of humpback whales. We saw Big Mama andBirchboy. Then rhe fun began. Two whales, Dandelion and his friend, circled our boat and put on quite the show. Ashley, the naturalist, was both entertaining and informative. Captain Anthony and rhe rest of the crew were equally great. This was rhe best whale watching trip I've been on and I can highly recommend it to all.

Niagra Falls was more than just the falls

Niagra Falls tour gave you tidbits of information about the falls themselves as well as some of the surrounding buildings. Definitely would recommend taking the tour with Parminder. She was very informative and willing to answer any questions. She would show us pictures/video at different parts so we could have a visual of what she was talking about. It was also nice not having to wait in any lines. Parminder would give us our tickets and tell us where and when to meet back up. We were never rushed and always had plenty of time to enjoy each area.

Melissa’s unmistakably great experience! (Pun intended!)

Our tour guide was Joshua and he was energetic, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and interactive with the entire group! I recommend eating or taking breakfast with you or maybe a couple of snacks and a water bottle for the day. The lunch stop was close to 2:00. Since Moraine Lake was closed this time of year, we did a short hike (about 45min round trip) at Marble Canyon, which was my favorite part of the day. I recommend dressing in layers, as we saw all sorts of weather throughout the day. Was happy to have my raincoat. When in the town of Banff, we ate at Melissa’s Missteak, which was great. The staff was friendly and put our team’s hockey game on for us. There was not much time for shopping for souvenirs, so if that is important to you, I would choose a quick place for your lunch stop. If you only have 1 day to spend in Banff, this tour will cover some highlights and will teach you some Canadian geography and history!
