A Fun Time for All Ages; Be Sure to Confirm if You're Using the Free Shuttle
The suspension bridge, cliffwalk and treetops adventure were fun to experience. Even though it was late afternoon in mid-October, there were a lot of people visiting. I can’t imagine how crowded it must be in the summer. Many people stop halfway across the bridges and walkways to take photos, so pack your patience with you. I gave the bridge 5 stars, but the free shuttle service was confusing. We didn’t realize that we could have driven ourselves to the bridge. The pick-up location at the Hyatt was not obvious nor listed in the Viator activity information. We talked to one couple who had been at the correct pick-up location at the Hyatt for an hour. Only after I called the bridge staff did we learn that the last pick-up had been at 3:35 p.m., even though the bridge website said otherwise and the confirmation said pickup would begin at 3:45. All that aside, once we arrived at the bridge, we had a great time.

The Best Part of our Vancouver Trip!
I wasn’t expecting to see much on the tour and boy was I wrong! The crew of Anthony, Stephen, Ashley, Jake and Wilma ensured that we safely and comfortably saw whales and other wildlife. I’ve been whale watching in Monterey Bay, California, and this was a far better and more exciting experience. The best part was when two humpback whales swam up to the boat and investigated us for about 20 minutes. Because we were told that we would receive free photos after the tour, we could spend our time enjoying the wildlife rather than taking a bunch of pictures. I highly recommend this tour!

An Unforgettable Honeymoon Experience – Todd Was Absolutely Phenomenal!
What an absolutely fantastic experience! We booked the Exclusive Priority Niagara Boat Tour & Journey Behind the Falls as part of our Canadian honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip!
Our guide, Todd, was absolutely phenomenal! His knowledge of Niagara Falls was incredible — honestly, what Todd doesn’t know about Niagara isn’t worth knowing!
He was so enthusiastic, entertaining and engaging, bringing the history and fascinating stories of the Falls to life. His passion and sense of humour made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Todd really went above and beyond to make our tour memorable, and he made our honeymoon feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
The boat ride and Journey Behind the Falls were both breathtaking. We got absolutely soaked on the boat, but loved every second of it! 😂💦
We cannot recommend this tour highly enough! If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, this is an absolute must-do, and if you’re lucky enough to have Todd as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!

Great Tour Expereince
Melvin was absolutely amazing! He made our Niagara tour such a great experience from start to finish. He knew exactly where to take us, what was worth seeing, and how to make the most of our time without ever making the day feel rushed.
He was extremely knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he really knew the area well, and he gave us great recommendations throughout the day. Everything felt smooth and well planned, which made it so much easier for us to just enjoy the experience.
What stood out the most was how attentive and helpful he was. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable trip and didn’t miss anything important. If you are looking for a Niagara tour guide, I would absolutely recommend Melvin. He made the experience so much more enjoyable, and I would book with him again without hesitation!
