Best wine tasting ever! It was an amazing learning experience!

This was the best wine tasting I have ever been to. They shared tasting by sight, smell and taste. Learned so much!!!! I have been to so many wine tasting places across the USA but this one explained how France is the best at making wine. They taught us how to tell what kind of wine and where it is from by sight, smell and then taste. He was funny and sociable and extremely knowledgeable. He taught us how to tell dry wine from sweet wine, the acidity, and if it went bad by sight and smell before even tasting it. He shared how we can tell what is in the wine, and where it is from. We learned how they make the wine and wnaurwd how it was the best. He taught us so much. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. I would highly recommend and will do there again the next time I’m in France.

Amazing tour!

I was a little hesitant at first to book because of the price, but it was totally worth it! Aurelia really knew every detail about the wines in this region and the history as well, she was so easy going and answered all of our questions, had plenty to teach us and had a great relationship with the wine makers. We had a wonderful experience with this company. They texted us the evening before to tell us what time to meet. The pilot was very knowledgeable, and he gave information in French and in English. We always felt safe with him and his team, and they answered any questions we had. The breakfast and drinks afterwards were delicious with cheese and honey sourced locally.

Lovely Day Among The Vines

Lovely afternoon spent among the beauty of this chateau vineyard. The proprietor gave us a great tour of the winery with interesting facts of his family’s long history on the property. You can really see how lovingly involved the family is from planting to bottling. The wine and picnic were divine - delicious food and a fantastic setting hidden among the garden! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, leisurely afternoon!

Fun in Loire Valley.

It was a lovely day. Our guide Chloe was very informative and friendly and had a wonderful disposition. We especially enjoyed the gardens at Villandry. The setting of Chateau D'Azay-Le-Roseau was also fantastic. The 2 small wineries we visited were very interesting and the wines we tried were very good. Their stories of how they came to be were especially entertaining. The caves used by each winery as part of their production and storage facilities are well worth a visit.
