With more than 20 years of experience, I offer a typical French homemade kitchen (everyday cooking or more sophisticated according to your choice) in a kitchen that could be yours. I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local Point of Sale held every Thursday morning in the Town Hall Square near my home. Local vegetable, fruit, cheese, meat and poultry producers are my exclusive suppliers. Even flour, I buy 10km from home at the mills of Sologne which makes flours of exceptional quality from varieties of old wheat, with a lower gluten content. In April/May/June, I pick up the asparagus and strawberries directly from the grower in the nearby village. Welcome home!

Wonderful Chateaux tour and must do

An idyllic day in the countryside and woods of Loire Valley. The two chateau were out of a storybook. Each has its own story and beauty. Be prepared for a good deal of walking and exploring. Our guide Charlene was very nice and knew a great deal about each place we visited. A little bonus was exploring Amboise and seeing resting place of Leonardo Da Vinci. If you’re staying in Tours this is a fantastic day trip.

Excellent family-friendly wine tasting

This tour is very family friendly and was a wonderful way to end our day in Amboise. Our three children each got a lollipop to enjoy during the tour and listened well to the guide (they are age 8-14). The guide was lovely and gave an interesting tour with tons of information specific to the French wine making process and the appellations of wine. We visited during a heat wave and this tour was refreshingly cool in the caves! The tasting was awesome and we enjoyed the food pairings quite a bit. This tour is very well done and we would highly recommend it for families!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They texted us the evening before to tell us what time to meet. The pilot was very knowledgeable, and he gave information in French and in English. We always felt safe with him and his team, and they answered any questions we had. The breakfast and drinks afterwards were delicious with cheese and honey sourced locally.

Lovely day

Fabulous tour with a great and knowledgeable guide. Both chateaux were incredible, but Chambord was absolutely amazing. I chose this tour because it had the free time lunch stop in Amboise, which gave me plenty of time to visit the chateau there and see Leonardo da Vinci’s burial site. It was a perfect day.

This experience was seamless and extremely professional from start (reserving) to finish! We have never done this before and it was an exciting and most enjoyable birthday experience! This group of professionals is the way to do this experience! The excellent communication was extremely appreciated and we felt 100% safe at all times. Our pilot was very careful and transparent about the weather conditions and monitored that and the take off location very closely. We had 8 people plus the AMAZING pilot on our trip and we loved having a small group. Amboise is a beautiful village and these are very kind beautiful people.

This was a wonderful and informative tour! We all really enjoyed learning a bit about the history and the how the salt is harvested. We got to taste the salt and some of the plants that grow around the marsh, and bring home lovely souvenirs. And the nearby area was lovely to explore afterward. Highly recommended!

A humourous and fascinating history of the Chateaux in the Loire Valley

This experience made me want to learn more French history. Ingrid's explanation of the French monarchy and the history of the chateaux were fascinating, and at times humorous. She highlighted the most interesting aspects of each château while also giving us a primer on French history and the monarchy. We had a little free time to explore each of the chateaux and the gardens on our own. The time in the caves was also an educational experience. We learned (and tasted) so much about the wines of the Loire Valley.

Worth it all, if you love vouvray and Chenin blanc!!!

This vouvray wine tour was just absolutely perfect! Lorenzo was an amazing tour guide, loved how we went to three different wineries/ makers. Tried so many different types of sparkling and still white wines and even some reds. I did have a blast and learned so much about wines and how they are produced and shipped right under the same roof! I would highly recommend this tour. Some things I would recommend is the pick up spot, maybe have a sign or logo where we know who we are going with. Besides that the tour was just perfect.

Great wine tasting tour!

Our tour guide Dimitri was great!!! We visited 2 different wineries, toured their wine caves and production processes in early September during the harvest and crush. After touring the production processes at both wineries, we tasted all of their wines which were absolutely delicious. I am now only a French wine drinker!!!! We loaded into Dimitri's van at the Tours tourist office around 2:30 and didn't return until 6:30 p.m.!!!! He also took us out into vineyards on farm dirt roads and to educate us on local growing and harvesting practices and local history all of which was not only above and beyond the description of the tour, but fascinating!!!!
