Once arrival to the first stop - Ilha Deserta - you can take the boat circuit to the islands of the Natural Park, and you have freedom to travel between them, on the available schedules. The ticket is valid for 24 hours on all trips until you return to Faro. We have multiple scheduled pickup times in the three islands (hourly), giving you the flexibility to visit them all, choosing the time you want to spend on each one. Our boat skippers will be there to guide you and provide all the information you need during your journey. You can depart from Faro, spend the day exploring and traveling between the islands, and choose your return time.

Discover the natural beauty of the Ria Formosa Natural Park with an experienced local Guide. This tour offers an immersion into the region’s unique ecosystem, allowing you to observe various marine species and local bird fauna. Visit the charming islands of Culatra, Armona and Farol, as well as the traditional oysters and almonds, which are essential to the local culture. Take advantage of the opportunity to capture unforgettable images, especially if the tour is late in the afternoon, when the sunset illuminates the river.

The Ria Formosa Natural Park is one of Portugal's most ecologically important coastlines, and a private catamaran tour is one of the most relaxed and personal ways to explore it. With only your group aboard and a professional skipper at the helm, sail through the park's lagoon systems and barrier islands, with the flexibility to stop for a swim, step ashore to explore, or simply drift through some of the Algarve's most unspoiled scenery.
