A Wonderful Trip to Meteora!
It’s a long day of traveling from Athens but it’s worth the trip. Katerina is a highly qualified guide and a local who knows the history of the area well. She has a degree in archeology plus advanced studies on the monasteries and caves in the area. She also has a great sense of humor and is fun to spend time with. Dimitris a a seasonal professional driver and navigated the area’s road challenges and traffic well!

Perfect start to Athens visit
This tour took in all the main sites and was great for getting our bearings. Karolis our guide was knowledgable and good fun and got the timings perfect to see the changing of the guard at the palace. We booked normal bike tour (also cheaper) but turned out to be all electric bikes, which we did need for some of the route - it was great to get up to the observatory for the super views. Bikes were very easy to handle.

Excellent and convenient way to visit Delphi
I wanted to see Delphi but didn’t want to drive there myself, so booked this. Convenient pick up location (Acropolis) and a comfortable coach bus. Appreciated my guide’s (Yiannis) insights into the history of the archaeological site and the museum. I also purchased the lunch option which was decent but honestly you could do without that and get lunch somewhere else at the stop or pack your own.

acropolis and museum
pack your patience it is very busy. our guide was good and very knowledgeable. because of so much information on the site and the crowds the tour was WAY longer then the time they said and because of this we had to leave the tour early not finishing it.

Incredible Athens Welcome
Alexandra was a fantastic tour guide! We enjoyed so many delicious things from coffees to unique honeys, cheeses, spanakopitas, to tables full of delicious fresh foods! We enjoyed Alex’s storytelling and her love of Greece! Definitely come hungry because you’ll leave fully satiated!! Overall a perfect welcome to Athens!

Perfect day
Amazing. At one point they anchored the boat and got to swim and snorkel in the Sardonic Gulf. Agestrika is a small island village that has a trail up the hill. Aegina is a bigger port town with many cafes as well as a beach to the left. One: suggestion bring covering to avoid sunburn and also pants or sweats for the wind which chills.

Fantastic Tour…..Thanks Constantine!!
Great tour, covered all the main historical sites. Our tour guide Constantine was great, his knowledge of the sites and especially the back ground information of the Ancient Greek history was amazing. Would recommend him, thanks!
Only negative, the meal was disappointing, I would leave out the food option.

Gods, Heroes and Myths
Dorian was very knowledgeable and made history come alive. She kept track of us , a small group of twelve and really jogged my memory about all the Greek gods and myths. She was easy to follow and spoke clearly. She obviously loves the Acropolis and Parthenon. I felt I knew all of these ancient building better because of her enthusiasm. She gave us frequent breaks and was especially great about pointing out restrooms and where to get water. We were there may 22and she said it wasn’t crowded but there were certainly lots of people. The guests were all very polite and orderly. We got to the Acropolis about 9:15 am maybe? Earlyish and it was never hot ( about 70degrees) so we’re were lucky. We followed all the instructions about wearing hats, sunscreen, bringing water ,etc and so we had an amazing experience. We did the add on of the Acropolis Museum, which was excellent and Dorina was a fantastic guide again for that. We also spent time at the cafe afterwards, just to rest a bit after the four hours of touring. then we went to see the excavation museum under the Acropolis Museum . That was amazing also for helping us understand how all different civilizations had used this place to live and work in . All if us are in our late sixties, reasonably fit and very glad to finally make it to Greece! Thanks for a great tour Dorina — a dream come true for me since I first started learning about the Gods and myths when I was 12 years old!

Magical day!!
We had a magical day, motoring across the Saronic Gulf!! We traveled on the Calypso A, a vintage boat with a wonderful crew!! It had a nice galley, lots of seats and two large clean bathrooms (known as "heads" on a boat.) We had a smooth pick up at our Airbnb and prompt drop off at the port of Piraeus. Once aboard, we found a spot on the comfy outdoor cushions in the front (not filthy but not super clean--bring a towel or sheet to sit on). The boat had sold out (49 guests) but it didnt feel crowded at all and people could shift around if they wanted. The other guests were very nice and there was an air of anticipation at the boat left the dock. The air temp in May was about 65 degrees F but it was very breezy and chilly on the water and I was really glad I brought a bag with a sweatshirt and towel to use as a blanket. There was a nice coffee machine (also had Nespresso and cappuccino) and yummy fresh baked pastries. We first stopped at the island of Agiri.....cute little island with nice beaches, clear cool water and a pretty blue and white church to visit. Lots of shops and restaurants, and a few bike rental places. If you want to rent a Vespa, bring an international driver's license ($15 online before you leave home) and your passport. We had 90 minutes but it passed quickly!! Back aboard, our next stop was to anchor off the little island of Moni. A few brave souls jumped in the water but most of us were still too cold!! The lunch was fresh made on board and was delicious!! Fresh veggie salad, yummy baked chicken, melt in your mouth pork, couscous and rice, tomato pasta and pesto pasta with fresh baguette bread and pita. Wonderful!! The last stop was at an adorable island FULL of pistachio everything......ice cream, liquor, butter, desserts and of course, fresh roasted salted delicious plain ones!! There was a fun temple by the coast, cute horse drawn carriages (only 20 euros total for 4 people), beautiful beaches and a really old temple 300 years older than the Acropolis that was a short taxi ride away (the ride cost 50 euros for a group of 1-4 people) and 10 euros each for admission. It was really cool too!! The total stop was also 90 minutes long. Then we had a fun motor boat ride back to Piraeus in the Aegean sun. They played music and everyone chatted happily about their adventures. The crew supplied tons of house wine (red, white and, later, sangria) and basic canned beer starting just before lunch plus OJ and water. Truly a great day and a wonderful crew!! It took the stress out of logistics and was a great introduction to Greek island culture!! Of course, if I went back, I would take a ferry and go to each island for several hours. But for a single day introduction, it was well worth the time and money!! Highly recommended!!

Do not miss this tour!!
I cannot for the life of me remember our guides name, but he works in the museum also. Absolutely amazing tour! He was so knowledgeable on history, events, and his knowledge about the site was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better, knowledgeable guide. Go early to avoid the crowds!

Great way to start our Greece Adventure
Really nice tour. Everything listed in the description was included. I do need to mention that the entrance fee to Poseidon was not included (20 Euros per person) Daneye was a great tour guide. The beach stop was nice snd good was reasonably priced and very tasty. A little cool in mid May but definitely worth the stop. Sunset on cape Sounion and Poseidon temple was beautiful. Overall great way to start our trip in Greece

Great tour of Acropolis and Athens highlights
We had Yannis for a driver and he was very knowledgeable about the history of Athens and friendy throughout the tour. He went out of his way to get us back to our hotel (because of a bike race shutting streets down). His English was exceptional and the whole tour was excellent. Would highly recommend this Viator tour.
