Ask for Sunny and/or Rayne;

2 days is not enough for this adventure, needs more like 4-5 days. Would recommend asking for Sunny and Rayne for private tour guides as they helped us everything step of the way. We had a 4- year old and my dad required a wheelchair/walker. There are a lot of steps even though it says wheelchair accessible - does not mean the same as it does in US. Even with this -- our guides were so helpful to get us through the line and taking breaks when we needed them! Rayne reached out to our hotel to make sure we were confirmed. Sunny even brought some mandarins from her mom's garden.

Beautiful experience

The mountains are absolutely stunning. We didn't have the best weather so there were some visibility issues, but the itinerary is quite good and there's plenty of 'wow' moments. Be prepared for big crowds, especially coming down from Tinamon Mountain. My only suggestion would be to show more flexibility based on the weather. We've completely skipped one viewing platform on top of the elevator which had a great visibility, just to go straight to Avatar mountains which had 0 visibility.

Amy was fantastic. She was so sweet and accommodating. Her English was great but we ended up doing a good portion of the tour in Chinese, giving us a chance to practice. Whatever we didn’t understand Amy translated into English for us. She gave us plenty of information on the Avatar mountains and took us to all the best viewing spots. She also made sure we got front row to the Bailong elevator and always told us which side of the shuttle bus to sit on for the best views. Amy was very sweet and engaging with my 12 year old daughter, which I appreciated, and she was accommodating whenever we wanted to stop to shop or get any snacks. Amy made the day momentous and easy.
