We booked two days of tours with RileyLi and Mr. Gong, and both were excellent. Mr. Gong’s driving was smooth and safe, even in bad weather. RileyLi was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful—especially with the language barrier during meals and shopping. She was always kind, friendly, and ready to help. We truly enjoyed her company, and she became a special part of our China experience. Highly recommend her!

Mr. Gong’s driving was smooth and comfortable throughout, which made a big difference—especially on our first day when the weather wasn’t great. We always felt safe and well taken care of. She went above and beyond to assist us with the language barrier during lunch and shopping, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. What truly stood out was her kindness and warmth. She was always ready to accommodate our needs with a smile, and we genuinely loved spending time with her—even sharing meals together. She didn’t just guide us; she became part of our Chinese adventure. We highly recommend RileyLi to anyone visiting—she will make your experience truly special!

Our tour to Tianmen Mountain (the famous “Doorway to Heaven”) and the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge was absolutely incredible! Kaia was an amazing guide — so organized, friendly, and fun to be around. She made everything smooth and stress-free while making sure we hit the best spots for views and photos. At the canyon, we did the zipline and the slide, which were SO much fun and such a thrill! Kaia truly made the day special with her energy and attention to detail. Highly recommend this tour — and definitely ask for Kaia!

We had an awesome 3-day tour in Zhangjiajie that was really well organised and smoothly executed. Our guide, Hanna, was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. She did a fantastic job managing our itinerary, especially given some unlucky weather at this time of year. Despite that, Hanna made sure we still had a really fun and memorable experience, adapting plans where needed and keeping everything running effortlessly. Overall, it was a great tour and an amazing trip: well organised, well guided, and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this tour and especially Hanna as a guide.

Highly recommend this wonderful 4 day value-for-money private tour - with the pick up and drop off options modified to meet our unique travelling circumstances and with the add-on of additional activities to meet our group's preferences. Looking through all the options in Zhangjiajie, it can be a bit overwhelming organising and arranging where to go over a few days. I ended up selecting this 4 day option since it met our timeframes and had received very positive reviews at a reasonable price - having a personal tour guide and driver dedicated for the entire tour. Andy was fantastic, where we started discussions about 3 weeks in advance of the booking, since there were some adjustments I wanted to make and some additional activities to cover off in our spare time. No request was too difficult and the pricing was transparent for the additional activities. We were also fortunate to be in the very capable hands of Arianna, our tour guide for the entire 4 day journey. Funny, knowledgeable, ready to adapt to the needs of our group each day (e.g. meal preferences, needing to sit down for a coffee to relax for a while, pacing etc), she was a delight and very ably helped us navigate where to go on each day, especially the different tracks and options to take through different parts of the national park. Throughout the 4 days, we learnt so much about Zhangjiajie, the local culture and had some amazing experiences. Request Arianna if you can! She is great travelling companion and a trusted pair of hands.
