All Zhangjiajie Tours & Excursions in 2026

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our tour of Tianmen Mountain and the 72 Wonder Towers, all thanks to our incredible tour guide, Jenny. From the very beginning, Jenny blew us away with her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire day, making us feel completely relaxed and well taken care of. Tianmen Mountain can be quite complex to navigate, but Jenny made it effortless. She is highly knowledgeable and great at explaining things. She shared fascinating insights about the history, culture, and unique geology of Heaven’s Gate and the stilted architecture of the 72 Buildings, which really brought the sights to life. On top of being an amazing guide, she is also a fantastic photographer! Jenny took a ton of beautiful pictures and videos of us at all the best spots, ensuring we walked away with wonderful memories captured perfectly. She managed the timing flawlessly, ensuring we avoided the worst of the crowds and got to experience the magical night light show at the 72 Wonder Towers without ever feeling rushed. Jenny truly made our tour a very pleasant, smooth, and stress-free experience. If you are planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, we cannot recommend booking Jenny highly enough! I highly recommend getting a tour to see the Zhangjiajie national forest park. Vicky was a splendid tour guide - very informative, charming, great English and top notch photographer. She took the stress out of the far from straightforward park lay-out/mechanics. Thanks again Vicky!

The views at Tianmen Mountain were breathtaking, and Furong Town was absolutely beautiful and unique. A great experience from the start.Melody,online,made sure we were going to be picked up at the closest place as possible to out hotel. Tracy,the tour guide was very friendly and professional.She made sure we were all good throughout the day and she explained everything with enthusiasm. Being in a small group made also a massive difference. We strongly recommend it.

I had 2 differebt guides for the different days. Both Jeremy and Sasha were absolutely lovely. Attentive, communicative and made sure everyone was taken care of. Taking time for pictures and getting to the best spots to save time. It After doing the tour I realize how valuable it was. The sites are massive and a maze of busses, cable cars and activities. It saved me so much time. I highly recommend! The only improvement could be to be clear on the advertisement that certain activities are not included although we do them on the tour. It is not a big deal because it is not expensive and not the fault of the guides but, the company.

We had the most amazing day in Zhangjiajie. Our guide, Nora, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took us through the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including the famous “Avatar” mountains, and her knowledge of the area was outstanding. What really made the day special was how she went beyond the typical tourist spots. We explored so many places and viewpoints that we would never have discovered on our own. Nora was friendly, professional, and made everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking with Nora if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie—it truly made our experience unforgettable.
