The whole tour was amazing. The service was excellent. Our tour guide (Jova) was outstanding. The lenght of the tour was just perfect. Two days would have been too short and four days would have been unnecessary. You should consider the possibility to include a visit to the 72 Wonders at night, and extend the visit to the Tianmen Mountain to include the escalators to the top of the mountain (it is really worth).

Vicky was an amazing tour guide and took me around to see all the highlights. She suggested we leave earlier than usual and I am glad she did because it was very busy. We were able to see everything before the lines got long. I recommend this tour to anyone who is short on time but still wants to see everything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Experience with Nina! Our experience visiting the Stairway to Heaven in China was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was our wonderful tour guide, Nina! She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Nina did an incredible job guiding us through the breathtaking scenery and making sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the tour. She shared interesting information about the area and was always happy to help with photos and anything else we needed. The views were absolutely spectacular, but having Nina as our guide made the experience even more special. She truly went above and beyond to make our day memorable. I highly recommend Nina to anyone visiting the Stairway to Heaven in China. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! Vicky was an incredible guide—she made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Her knowledge of Zhangjiajie and the surrounding area was outstanding, and she shared it in such an engaging way. It was amazing experience! beautiful scenery, nature, exciting activities in National park. Jenny was our tour guide and we are so grateful for help! she showed us magnificent places, ensured we had minimum queues, she is professional, friendly and was attentive to our wishes! Since we had only 2 days, we asked to arrange Glass bridge tour as well and she organisied everything! she gave us many great tips.
