Vicky was an amazing tour guide and took me around to see all the highlights. She suggested we leave earlier than usual and I am glad she did because it was very busy. We were able to see everything before the lines got long. I recommend this tour to anyone who is short on time but still wants to see everything.

This place is magical but get ready to walk…A LOT! Get a guide! It can be very difficult to navigating the different buses that you you need to take, especially if you don’t speak Chinese. Avoid national holidays and the summer months as the lines can become unbearable (several hours long). Best times of year to visit are spring and fall. Although avoid the national holiday week in early October. Lastly, definitely get a guide. We booked the 2 day tour and our guide, Bingle was exceptional!

We really enjoyed exploring the mountain and then seeing 72 buildings on stilts! Zoey, our guide, was great! She shared information about the city, the mountains, and really helped us to see the entire mountain! I would highly recommend this activity, especially if you can get Zoey as your guide!

It was amazing experience! beautiful scenery, nature, exciting activities in National park. Jenny was our tour guide and we are so grateful for help! she showed us magnificent places, ensured we had minimum queues, she is professional, friendly and was attentive to our wishes! Since we had only 2 days, we asked to arrange Glass bridge tour as well and she organisied everything! she gave us many great tips. I strongly recommend the tour, i'm happy that i booked guide as it was efficient, we would be lost without Jenny!

We had a wonderful experience with our Tianmen Mountain tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hardworking. We walked a lot, and he guided us patiently throughout the entire day until nighttime. Visiting the 72 Wonders area was a great addition to the tour. Our tour to Tianmen Mountain (the famous “Doorway to Heaven”) and the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge was absolutely incredible! Kaia was an amazing guide — so organized, friendly, and fun to be around. She made everything smooth and stress-free while making sure we hit the best spots for views and photos. At the canyon, we did the zipline and the slide, which were SO much fun and such a thrill! Kaia truly made the day special with her energy and attention to detail. Highly recommend this tour — and definitely ask for Kaia!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our tour with Sunny! It was extremely helpful for Sunny to navigate us around the different paths of the mountain, the area is massive and we would certainly have missed key viewpoints without her. She also shared a lot modern and historical facts. Highly recommend booking this tour when visiting ZhangJiaJie!
