Messy travel. Great ending

Our flight had several delays, so I knew we would miss our pickup time. I contacted Viator to make them aware of our situation. They were very understanding & helped me to do all that was needed to keep our driver informed. Our driver text & spoke with me several times to assure me he would be waiting for us. After all our delays I was impressed with how well it all was done. Have scheduled them again for transport back to the airport later this month.

Wonderful experience

When we recently booked the transport from airport to hotel in Vancouver, I called ahead of time to add a couple of hours prior to our hotel check in. Company was only able to respond in a timely manner but our driver Simir came a little earlier because our flight was in early and was helpful, informative, and friendly. He showed us places around city we wouldn’t have seen and gave interesting facts. Overall a wonderful experience after a long flight with all 11 in traveling party, including one with mobility issues

Be prepared for a longer afternoon of riding. However, the majority of it is flat and you stop a lot for points of interest. You will walk your bike part of the way through the park to see Beaver Creek as well. It was a great afternoon and Taiga was the best guide. He was patient, attentive, humorous and well informed on facts and history of the areas. Ask for him if you can make a request for a guide.

Mohammed was 15 minutes early, but there was no pressure to leave early. He just comes early in case everybody is ready to go! It was affordable, easy to book, he handled our luggage, and he was friendly. He even offered to stop for coffee or breakfast at a drive thru or gas station.

Got Us To The Cruise Port On time!

We booked a cruise leaving out of Vancouver, BC. We knew we were taking a chance by flying in the same day as the cruise, but after researching driving companies on Viator, we went ahead and hired a driver to pick us up from Vancouver Airport and take us directly to the ship. Rodrigo Peres was our wonderful driver and not only did he get us to the ship he had to work with two flight-time changes plus a delay from our flight take-off! The Vancouver airport was overwhelming due to the number of cruise passengers flying in, but Rodrigo was there waiting for us even though we were behind schedule. Rodrigo was incredibly helpful, personable, and presented us with an interesting "mini-tour" of Vancouver as we drove to the cruise port. Despite all the chaos and set-backs of the day, Rodrigo got us to our ship AHEAD of schedule! Should we return to Vancouver I would definitely hire his company and request Rodrigo Peres as our driver again.

Our ride from the Cruise Port to the Airport was supposed to be around 30 minutes, but it took around 2 hours. There was a Marathon in Vancouver that morning, and all of the main streets were closed. Our driver was very patient, kept searching for new routes, and got us to the airport in time for our flight.
