Our driver Mr Ricky was extremely courteous, professional and personable. He was knowledgeable of the area, providing several dining options along with sites to see and interesting factoids of Vancouver and the surrounding area. Excellent service. Our plane was very late and then our luggage was delayed. I was worried about our driver waiting - but there was no need to worry. He was waiting with a smile! The ride was great, he was pleasant and courteuos!

I would highly recommend using this company for airport transport from Vancouver airport to your hotel in downtown Vancouver. Ricky was great! He was there waiting for us as we exited into the guest area, he was so helpful with our luggage, his car was comfortable for the four of us with luggage, he drove safely, and our conversation was so interesting during the drive into Vancouver. He was very friendly and welcoming.
