Meet & Greet procedure: International arrival: Proceed to immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage carousels, proceed through customs, and you will enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Follow the signs to the Exits/Greetings Area to the right. : Proceed to immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage carousels, proceed through customs and you will enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL).Follow the signs to the Exits/Greetings Area to the right. Your chauffeur will be waiting with an iPad bearing your name in bold. Domestic Arrivals: Please proceed to your designated baggage carousel, on level 2 arrivals, where your chauffeur will be waiting with a board or iPad bearing your name in bold. If you do not have baggage checked in, you must still proceed to your designated luggage carousel. If you cannot locate your chauffeur you must contact our office immediately **Failure to do so will result in a 'no show' and the trip will be billable** We will monitor your flight in case its delayed or early. Your pick up will be 45 minutes after your flight lands.

When we recently booked the transport from airport to hotel in Vancouver, I called ahead of time to add a couple of hours prior to our hotel check in. Company was only able to respond in a timely manner but our driver Simir came a little earlier because our flight was in early and was helpful, informative, and friendly. He showed us places around city we wouldn’t have seen and gave interesting facts. Overall a wonderful experience after a long flight with all 11 in traveling party, including one with mobility issues

Driver was.very nice and professional. There was some difficulty locating him at the airport, but it was very busy with FIFA traffic. It was not the VIP welcome that I was anticipating.

Excellent service. Our plane was very late and then our luggage was delayed. I was worried about our driver waiting - but there was no need to worry. He was waiting with a smile! The ride was great, he was pleasant and courteuos!

I would highly recommend using this company for airport transport from Vancouver airport to your hotel in downtown Vancouver. Ricky was great! He was there waiting for us as we exited into the guest area, he was so helpful with our luggage, his car was comfortable for the four of us with luggage, he drove safely, and our conversation was so interesting during the drive into Vancouver.
