Sisters enjoyed it
Driver very knowledgeable and entertaining. Bus was clean and comfortable. Tour lasted 3.5 hours. Could have used more time on Granville Island but the tour was well worth it.

One of the best food ...
One of the best food tours I have ever had. Food sampling selection was excellent. Our guide Micheal did great job taking about history of Vancouver, Granville Island, vendors, and ingredients.

Must Do This
Michael took the 13 of us through a fantastic and varied group of food places in the public market on Granville Island. It was organized and best of all my friend who needs to be gluten-free. Had alternatives at each stop. Michael was informative and empathetic and we got the background of the whole area as well as each owner of the small businesses we had samples from. I highly recommend this food tour.

Vancouver Beauty
Michael was very informative about a lot of topics and very professional but amicable. Everyone was great and enjoyed the ride and. Clean vehicle. There was a small mishap with vehicle not starting again at the our drop off when after drivers were exchanged but is was quick and they got started again no big deal.

  • Plan to spend at least several hours exploring Granville Island, whether you’re visiting independently or taking a walking tour.

  • Wear layers—there’s almost always a cool ocean breeze. Comfortable walking shoes are also a must.

  • The public market is phasing out plastic shopping bags, so bring a reusable bag if you plan to purchase any souvenirs or marketplace treats.

  • Visitor amenities include accessible restrooms, parking lots, water fountains, and ATMs. There are also two playgrounds and a water park on the island.
