The Little Dell Recreation area provides the ultimate backdrop for participants to take some time away from their busy lives to reflect and disconnect. During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat and connect. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice. The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to help give participants the ultimate feeling of calm and connection. In the last part of this experience we will take some time to reflect upon the practice and discuss some different ways in which we would like to apply the techniques learned, to our daily lives.

Monument Valley is inside the Navajo Nation Reservation and has sections that are not always open to the public. On this small-group tour, explore Mystery Valley within Monument Valley with a Navajo guide who has intimate knowledge of the land. Visit ancient Anasazi ruins, petroglyph sites, natural arches, and short hiking trails, while learning about the Anasazi people and Navajo culture, history, and traditions.

On this yoga and hiking adventure we will meet at a designated location and then guests will follow the guide to the trailhead. The Narrows Hike is one of three bucket list hikes in Zion, and the only one that doesn't require a permit unless you plan to camp miles upriver. The slot canyon is deep and very dramatic with spectacular and sometimes surprising views the entire way. The dry trail in and out is flat, and paved but astonishingly beautiful.
