The Express class is a 30 to 45 minute experience designed for guests on the go. Each participant creates 2 custom perfumes and bottles, their favorite to take home. The Christiansted Sip & Savor Mixology Class is a 90-minute journey that will awaken your taste buds and elevate your mixology skills. Guests will learn about St. Croix’s rich history in rum and create delicious cocktails with the island’s oldest spirit. Plus, each guest receives a take-home gift to commemorate their time in the class!

Take a break from sightseeing and channel your inner artist at this fun art and wine experience in St. Thomas. Suitable for all levels of artistic experience, all the materials you need are provided, and wine is available for purchase. An instructor is on hand to provide a short class and demonstration, as well as guidance as you work on your unique piece of art.

The Class 101 is 2–3-hour class in which everyone makes as many perfume beakers (scents) as time allows, using as many oils in a beaker as you choose, and bottles and leaves with their favorite; in addition, you'll receive a certificate of completion, and a gift bag of the products valued at $69+. An advantage in this class is that after you have a fragrance in a perfume beaker you like, you have the option of creating say three more slight variations to see if you like any of the new formulas better.

First, participants will be introduced to herbs that local Virgin Islanders use to cleanse their bodies and auras. The majority, if not all of the herbs, will be picked from the yard where the drum circle will occur. After learning about some of the herbs, participants will have an opportunity to cleanse their aura with a spiritual bath, what we locals call a "bush bath", with a bath made by the session leader using some of the same herbs. This part of the activity is optional, and consists of taking a small amount of the herbal mixture in the hand and sprinkling it about the body. After the introduction to the herbs and bush bath, participants will sit in a circle and choose from a variety of different percussive instruments. Participants will learn and create a traditional African-inspired rhythm and learn a local calypso (kariso) song about a major event in Virgin Islands history. If inclined, participants can dance! This experience teaches history, culture, and the arts.
