Join local captain and guide, Tor, for a special fishing trip outside the coastline of Norway close to the Barents Sea. You will catch a big cod called skrei. This type of fishing has been happening for over 200 years. Every year in the late winter/spring season which lasts about 3 months the skrei swim to the fjords in northern Norway to lay eggs. We will sail from Tromsø to the coast to meet the skrei on its migration. On board the yacht Leah William, you will have a comfortable base for your adventure. Enjoy drinks and light snacks in the cozy lounge or relax in the heated outdoor area whenever you need a break from fishing. You will have an unforgettable day and memories you can keep for the rest of your life.

This is a fully private fishing experience, allowing you to fish at your own pace without sharing the boat with other guests. Unlike larger commercial trips, we can adapt the day to your interests, experience level, weather conditions, and fishing opportunities. We focus on small groups, personal service, and flexibility while exploring Tromso's fjords and fishing grounds. Fishing gear, floating suits, snacks, hot drinks, and guidance from an experienced skipper are included.
