We are a small artisan and independent company located in the hills of Prosecco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. Our family has a winery that produces wines 'col fondo' for over a century, refermented in the bottle. They are the wines of the tradition of our territory, of which we strongly wish to preserve the memory. The long experience in spontaneous fermentation has allowed us to enter the world of beer in recent times compared to wine, but it confirms our passion for this type of processing. Beer Follina produces high fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized beers. Fermented in bottle, they have a natural sediment.

An essential but authentic route, perfect for those who want to discover the wines of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG in a simple and direct way. After a guided walk through the vineyards along the Biodiversity Route, we will welcome you in the tasting room for 4 white wines, including Glera Sui Yeasts and Prosecco Superiore DOCG in three versions: Extra Brut, Brut and Extra Dry. The tasting is accompanied by savory breadsticks with Prosecco, croutons with oil from the Prosecco Hills and homemade Prosecco biscuits. A compact but complete experience, for a first taste of the territory and its bubbles.

Hi, I'm Linda, owner of Cantina Manera Luigi and I will be happy to accompany you on this 3-stage tour: 1) Walk through the vineyards where you can follow the path that our grapes make from the vineyard to the cellar. Here you will also discover the grape harvesting technique that distinguishes us: the THREE HARVEST METHOD. 2) Visit of the winery where I will show you the winemaking techniques we use. 3) Tasting of 4 wines from our production, accompanied by a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses. We called this tasting THE WINE GAME because it will be structured as a real game that will help you refine your senses of taste and smell, but above all it will make you have fun!
