Our tea sommelier will guide you to another level of Tea mixology. Unlike other bars, we use wine as the base to reinforce the flavors of tea. Therefore, it's totally suitable for those who has low alcoholic tolerance. We also serve in the "bespoke" way, which means we can mix the tea and cocktail based on your preference. The guests will go through 6 rounds, each featuring premium teas brewed in different methods. In addition, Fufu also serves accompanying dishes that pair with each type of tea. Fufu's mission is to connect young people with tea culture in a fresh, elegant, and captivating way. To achieve this, Fufu has carefully selected premium teas from tea plantations with a long-standing history, elevating them with the essence of Eastern culinary traditions, which Fufu blends in a refined manner. Rather than simply tasting drinks, you’ll craft two unique cocktails yourself, experimenting with flavors such as cascara tea, jackfruit, and coffee blossom honey.
