This workshop stands out by showcasing creative Vietnamese coffee cocktails made with locally sourced coffee beans and regional ingredients. Guided by a local coffee specialist, you’ll explore how traditional Vietnamese coffee—especially phin-brewed beans—is transformed into innovative cocktails through modern mixology techniques. Rather than simply tasting drinks, you’ll craft two unique cocktails yourself, experimenting with flavors such as cascara tea, jackfruit, and coffee blossom honey. The experience highlights a fresh, creative approach to Vietnamese coffee culture, where local ingredients meet contemporary cocktail artistry.
