Amazing experience for one afternoon in Mui Ne. The organization is perfect, the staff is super friendly and the sand dunes are amazing.

Early morning wake up is worth it so see sunrise over the dunes, a local fishing village and the fairy stream

I decided on the sunrise tour and despite me not being an early morning waker - it was worth going this time to beat the afternoon crowds and heat! Tom was a great guide, very chatty and friendly - also stopping to take our photos on the jeep along side the beach! I appreciated this because I selected to do the quad bikes on the dunes which means Tom hands us over to that team on the dunes and waits for us. I already knew I had a 600 VND cost for this, Tom kindly informed me once I booked the tour telling me it was optional to do! Had a great time on the dunes quad biking but it’s a shame those lads don’t put the same enthusiasm and energy to us (compared to Tom). They had no interest in making it friendly, taking photos for us and were overall abrupt in their manner. It would be nice for this to be fed back to them to make this time away from Tom just as lovely (given the fact they get paid a lot for the quad element)! Thanks Tom! Still a great day! You provide a lovely tour service 😄

Tom was a great guide. His Jeep is super with the sides open. He timed it perfectly and covered all locations well. Had lunch at Swiss House which we very much enjoyed.

Had a great day with Tom, the tour was exactly as described and great service to an from the hotel. Tom was an awesome guide with great English lots of local knowledge and very open to slight changes in the outlined plan. Did the sunset tour and only recommendation would be choosing the sunrise tour as it was very very hot at the white sand dunes.
