Perfect
Our driver was waiting at arrivals, he was brilliant so polite and professional. He was a young student who drove impeccably he was such a friendly person and he gave us a great insight into life in Sarajevo and BiH. On time, polite friendly and knowledgeable a great first impression of BiH. I would highly recommend this service
Our flight was 8.30 in the evening so really didn't want to try out a new public transport system. Very glad we chose this service.

Great history overview!
Starts at a lovely view point of the entire city. You learn about the different political parties. Then off to city tour that is in a mini bus. All the way to the tunnel near the airport. The tunnel part is a highlight and very interesting. Finally to the blob sled track! Beautiful sights while driving up the mountain. It started raining just as we got there, but still very very awesome. We plan to use the cable car to the top and hike down the sled track tomorrow. Guide was great with all the questions from the group and added some family history as well. Overall great 4 hrs!

Great tour
We recently did the Sarajevo war tour with Mak as our guide, and it was one of the most moving and impactful tours I’ve ever experienced. As a survivor of the siege himself, Mak brought an incredibly personal and powerful perspective that you simply cannot get from a history book.
He was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained the complex history of Sarajevo and Bosnia in such a thoughtful, balanced, and engaging way. What made the tour truly unforgettable was his willingness to share his own experiences and memories from the war. Hearing these stories firsthand brought to life the reality faced by so many people in Sarajevo during that time.
Mak is an inspiring and incredibly strong person, and we felt very privileged to learn from him. The tour was emotional, eye-opening, and deeply human — an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Great tour and guide - would thoroughly recommend.
Excellent tour: Tadhg, our guide, was awesome with perfect English. The tour covered all of the top places in Sarajevo, and some more off-the-beaten-track places. Tadhg gave a perfect balance of history to all of the spots we went to, and his recommendations for places to eat / drink were excellent.

Great tour
Mirza, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and informative. Really great tour. I am a history nerd so I would have liked a bit more in depth information and did feel like my previous knowledge helped fill in any small gaps, but for an intro tour I think it was perfect. Will absolutely recommend to anyone visiting for the first time!!!

would highly recommend!
we were lucky enough to get Kristijan as our guide and he was brilliant. he picked us up exactly when he said he would, took photos for us, was extremely kind and supportive to my mother who has difficulty walking long, was funny, and somehow stayed awake to drive the whole day!
we had gorgeous weather, thank goodness (after a long winter we were told!). we had time to walk around Old Town in Mostar, go on a boat trip (€10 for about 10 mins), and have lunch at Labirint (a solid recommendation from Kris). stunning views the entire day so make sure you take a power bank if you're planning on taking photos on your phone because you will probably be taking photos non-stop.
one of our favourite days of the holiday by far. thank you, Kristijan :)

We had a very...
We had a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide, Stefan, who was not only super informative educating us on the rich history of the region but also made us laugh throughout our stops on the four cities tour of beautiful Bosnia and Herzegovina. I particularly liked that he gave us time to explore and take pictures. The weather was wonderful and we had a delightful experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Informative Tour
Ahmed was a spectacular guide, speaking about both the immense history of Sarajevo and BiH in general, but also about his personal experiences living through the war and how life is in Bosnia today. Highly recommend to get a taste of everything Sarajevo has to offer!

I was picked up by Bojan...
I was picked up by Bojan on time, he was very warm - a lovely welcome to the country. I was travelling by myself so he walked me all the way to my airbnb as it was a pedestrian street and the car could not go there. From what I can tell, the tour company itself is lovely as I did book other things with them.

This was a beautiful and...
This was a beautiful and engaging day trip that combined stunning scenery with a broader understanding of Bosnia’s long and layered history. The stops in Travnik and Jajce offered a wonderful mix of old fortresses, historic towns, and incredible natural landscapes.
The views were a major highlight—especially the waterfalls and elevated viewpoints—which made the day feel both visually impressive and culturally enriching. Rather than focusing on a single period, the tour helped place Bosnia’s history in a wider context, spanning centuries and giving a fuller sense of how the country’s past fits together.
Our guide, Senad, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly, and his explanations were clear and engaging throughout the day. He also brought a great sense of warmth to the tour, occasionally adding light humor that made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming without taking away from the substance.
One small note for travelers: if you’re visiting in winter, some of the smaller, tourist-oriented towns and shops may be fairly quiet or closed for the season. This didn’t take away from the experience for me, but it’s helpful to know when planning.
This was a memorable and well-rounded tour, and a great way to experience both the beauty and the depth of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A Personal Account of the Bosnian War
Probably the best history lesson of our lives. Thanks Adis. A very personal explanation of how normal life became a war and then how the ingenuity and determination of the people succeeded in defending the city until the Dayton Agreement was signed. The stops along the minibus tour included all of the major war sites but they were really enhanced by a veteran explaining the small details associated with them. We’re old enough to remember watching the war on TV news, and Adis pointed out the hotel where the TV reporters stayed. Highly recommended.

Uncovering Herzegovina's beautiful nature and its history
This was a full day trip that lasted 12 hours and during this trip we (my daughter and I) rediscovered Herzegovina's beautiful nature and its history.
The trip is well organized by people that are passionate and fully dedicated to making the Bosnian visitors happy. The tour guide is full of knowledge about the history, culture and always eager to answer the questions.
Since I was with my daughter, I was also concerned with the safety of the trip when it comes to driving and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the driver took his job seriously without getting us in any risky situation.
Kudos to the overall team and looking forward to booking a new visit next time.
