Absolutely fantastic, the tour guide provided a compelling account of Sarajevo's history and we visited some key locations around the city. The tour guide responded to questions in a friendly and approachable manner, he had excellent knowledge about the city and also provided some personal perspectives. The tour guide gave the group some personal recommendations for food and coffee, which I visited during my stay and I am so glad for having done so - the recommendations were fantastic! A great agency with a very friendly team, I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Great experience. We booked a tour and the guide customized the experience for us (we were able to select starting and end time, focus, drop-off point, etc.). We asked a lot of questions and the guide was very knowledgeable.

If you want an in depth and insightful understanding of Sarajevo through all of it's history and not just 1992-5 then this is a great tour! We covered everything from the Ottomans to Austria-Hungary to Yugoslavia to the present day.
Our guide was able to answer all of our questions and has a deep and expansive knowledge of the history of the city.

We were so lucky to have Hana as our tour guide. She is absolutely brilliant. Learnt so much. The way she engaged with group and the way presented information is amazing, had my full attention during 3 hours of tours. Very very knowledgeable.
Advise to group: please wear worm clothes. If possible, book tour on first day of your stay. You will learn about best places to visit on your stay.

My friend and I enjoyed the fantastic walking tour with Haris. He was such a knowledgeable and super friendly guide. The tour took us to all the main site around the old town. There were so many numbers and dates but Haris made the facts interesting and connected them with great insider stories. Highly recommend it- worth every cent.

Fantastic tour. The three hour walk with Suad was so interesting and we covered all the main highlights of the Old Town. His knowledge is deep and his story telling is engrossing. An easy walk, on the flats. High recommend this as a must for your Sarjevo visit and very economical.

This 3 hour tour was comprehensive and informative. Fariz, our guide, was personable, accommodating, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. Equal parts history of the Bosnian/Serb conflict and explanation of Sarajevo culture and life style, it was very much worth the time and effort.

I expected to be part of a small group for this tour, but ended up being the only one. That being said, the guide seemed almost mechanical and didn't really try to connect considering I was the only one of the tour. I would have liked a bit more personalization and interest in what I was looking for. That being said, he did provide much history and information about the city, its importance, and role in various conflicts.

Alem was a wonderful guide, with great English, enthusiasm, knowledge, and a passion for his country. Without taking the tour I would have been clueless about the country’s history. We saw a lot in the 3.5 hours and learned many things. He gave great suggestions for local places to eat and visit as well. He was excellent and I would recommend this tour.

Our guide Kenan was outstanding. He knew the history and the little details to go along. He was fascinating to listen to and to interact with. His understanding of the Sarajevo history was perfect. He took us to some places we might have missed. His final recommendation was were to eat for the best Cevapi in Sarajevo, and he was right.

Haris was an excellent tour guide. Very personable. Given the complexity of the history he explained with such ease. His insight was amazing. The tour was very nicely paced and although a lot in it, it did not feel rushed. Haris shared many personal stories which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend.
