Rainforest Adventures...
Rainforest Adventures provided a great guide, clean transportation, and a small group experience. The private lunch stop was at a very pretty location and the food was great. The waterfall is beautiful and therefore was a bit crowded. The volcano walk was quite peaceful and not crowded. Not sure if that is normally the case, but we enjoyed it! Lots of steps on this tour.

Volcano/river/Falls
We did a 3 part tour. Volcano hike, waterfall, river rafting. Our guide Pepe and our driver Joel were amazing. Joel made us feel
Safe in the van and kept it very clean. Pepe was full of information on the wildlife and ecosystem. He was very patient and engaging with our kids. (4yr & 7yr. ) we saw to many species of animals, birds and reptiles to list. The lunch at a Private restaurant was one of the best meals we had all week. I would recommend this trip to anyone travaling La Fortuna.

Amazing experience! The organization was smooth, the locations to ATV were well chosen and gave a range of difficulty from flat roads to steeper and muddier paths. The team looks out for riders’ safety when crossing or travelling on roads. The additional hour that was offered to us after the initial 2 hour booking was well worth it.

Our guide, Able, was absolutely amazing! He had an incredible amount of knowledge about the area, plantations, and wildlife, and shared so many interesting insights with us throughout the trip. At times, we even noticed other guides following him, which says a lot about his expertise!
I would definitely recommend Able to anyone visiting the area, and I would absolutely choose him again on my next trip.

Funtimes 2026
It rained on us for most of the tour, come prepared. Be careful with the other riders in your group. Enjoy the views

Perfect tour
This was a once in a lifetime experience. Having the knowledge of experienced local guides instead of figuring it out on our own made the process so much easier and felt safer. Our guides were knowledgeable, funny, kind, and professional.

Highly recommended
Our guide Francisco was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about Costa Rican wildlife and the surrounding Arenal Volcano as well. He also kept our 7 year old engaged the whole day. The lunch provided on this excursion was also one of our favorite meals during our trip -- simple with fresh ingredients and some well. Thank you again for the experience!
