Pedro is the best guide!

Our ATV experience was top notch. I give credit to our guide, Pedro. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to follow all safety protocols to make sure we had an amazing time but in a safe manner. A perfect day trip! We...

A perfect day trip! We started off with a comfortable (but long!) car ride to Lake Atitlan. Upon arrival, we met our guide, David, and had breakfast with a view. He was a wonderful guide who made sure we experienced all we wanted to see. We loved San Juan and Santiago. We opted to skip San Pedro so our kids could have time swimming in the lake. Would highly recommend this excursion. And if you go, hope you are lucky to have David as well!

A must do experience. Yes, it's a long day and a fair amount of travel but it's worth it. The lake is beautiful, and the trips to the islands situated within it, getting a sense of how people live and work, and the history of both Guatemala and its people made this a great day. Two reasons why I gave...

Two reasons why I gave this a four star. In the description, it said we were going to go on a coffee tour taste coffee, see how the process is made, etc. that never happened. We stopped by a very small coffee shop to buy coffee. Also, this tour was supposed to be four hours and we got back in less than three. However, our guide was great and it was fun to visit to Mayan villages.
