Carlos is a highly experienced tour guide, this being his 36th year of guiding. We loved the Argentine side of the falls, having already been to the Brazilian side and a helicopter ride over the falls. But the highlight for us was being right at the Devils Throat! Wow. Then the Grand Adventure- the boat ride was AMAZING and EXHILARATING. SO MUCH FUN!! And I am 65!

We had Marcelo as our guide. Excellent communication, very friendly and always willing to answer all of our questions. He allowed plenty of time in between activities to rest and he was great explaining all the Do and don't Don't miss the boat ride! A lifetime experience! Take off your shoes if you do! Thank you!

I had a fantastic time. Dani was a great guide, he gave me a lot of information, answered my questions, he was very organised. He picked me up on time and the whole tour was very smooth. He was also flexible, when I asked if we can add in the helicopter ride he gladly drove me there and I managed to see the waterfalls from the sky too! Overall it was a memorable day!

Our guide, Eduardo, was perfect. He took care of us so well and made a lot effort to make our trip as comfortable as possible. He was knowledgeable and took us to shortcuts to save us time. He impressed us for being a young student and working so diligently as the same time. If you book this excursion, Please ask for Eduardo. You will not be disappointed!

AAA ++++++This tour was very well organized. The price was great. We covered both sides of the falls and also made a stop for lunch at your own expense. You also get to choose to walk the Brazil side of the falls or take a wet boat ride or dry one. . Nisla was great.

My review is not about the trip itself, but about the company. Unfortunately, we did not realize that, as Americans, we needed a visa to cross from Argentina to Brazil for a day trip. We received an email from the tour guide asking us to meet him in front of the hotel with our passports and a valid visa. That’s when we immediately realized we had a problem. We looked into how quickly we could obtain a visa, but it became clear right away that there was no chance of getting one in time for the next day’s trip. We contacted Viator customer service, and even though we were well past the 24-hour cancellation window, they took care of us and issued a credit for the tour. The purpose of this review is not to comment on the trip itself, but to highlight how the company handled an unexpected challenge and supported their customers.

If you’re going to Iguazu, do yourself a favour and go with Douglas and the team. He didn’t just guide me through the falls, he created a seamless, and immersive experience from start to finish. I’ve seen many iconic natural wonders around the world, and this experience stands out. This was a great way to experience life in New France back in the day! Marianne did a fantastic job staying in character and describing and demonstrating the penal system of that era. The walk throughout town was picturesque in the dark evening hours but set the mood nicely. Would recommend to others completely.
