- Boat ride may be affected by too low or too high river level (may occur about twice a year). In this case you may be offered an alternative sail or given a partial refund.
- The boat to the falls can seat up to roughly 45 passengers

- To participate in the 'Great Adventure' Boat Ride, each passenger must bring their passports with them. The company staff's members may require this documentation.
- During the Christmas and New Year season, the tour may consist of groups of up to 40 passengers due to high demand.

It is absolutely necessary to bring a change of clothes with you, because you will get completely wet while boating, as you will be hit by the waterfall's streams.

This experience is for those that like to have others do the planning for them. If you like to do things at your own pace, and don’t like standing around waiting half the day, this isn’t the he tour for you. You can honestly do the highlights and be finished by noon. A lot of time was spent waiting for those that did not purchase park or boat tickets. That should be a prerequisite for this tour. I personally wouldn’t recommend the boat trip unless you just like getting drenched. If you’re not in front of the Zodiak, you will not see much at all. Instructions were not the clearest all the time and many people, even Spanish speaking, were confused as to where to go and when. The train ride to Devil’s Throat was the most slow and uncomfortable ride I’ve ever taken, with lot of time wasted waiting. You can just walk the trail along the rail tracks and be more comfortable.
If you can arrange your own transportation, do so. A lot of time spent going to all the hotel pick-ups. You truly can see everything in 4 hours or less and plan to perhaps do something else.
The park should ban selfie sticks!

The perfect way to explore the Argentina side of Iguazu. Our tour guide, Sergio, was one of the most friendly people we met on our journey and went the extra mile to make sure that everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. He is very informative but gives you plenty of time and space to explore the park at your own leisure. The boat ride was an absolute highlight as well, no better way to experience the falls.

Iguazu Falls was an absolute magnificent site to experience! We enjoyed every moment of it. For us, the primary benefit of doing this tour was the transportation from our hotel. It is a pretty easy park to manage on your own otherwise, but we certainly do not have any complaints about this tour! They did a great job, it just seemed like it took longer than if you were to do it on your own (and you tend to walk a bit fast!). The boat tour is 1000% worth it and is unlike anything we've ever before experienced!

if you are in Iguazú this tour is a must! it was a well planned, perfectly timmed tour of Iguazú Falls on the Argentina side that highlighted the majesty and beauty of this overwhelmingly stunning Natural Wonder and UNESCO site. Hector was the best guide accommodating all guests on the tour in multiple languages with a great personality and sense of humour. My entire group had the best time and the boat tour was an epic finish to an already wonder-filled day. I cannot recommend this tour enough! it is worth every penny/peso.

The park and tour were enjoyable overall, but in my opinion the tour wasn’t worth the cost and can easily be done on your own. For reference, the park entrance ticket is 45,000 Argentinian pesos ($32 USD) and the boat ride ticket (included with this tour) was 90,000 pesos ($65 USD). The boat ticket can be purchased at the park. The main benefit of this tour is the convenience of hotel transportation and having a guide to take you around. The guides were friendly and helpful. The viewpoints were also very crowded. Would only recommend this tour if you want the logistics taken care of for you.

Great Experience! The Boat ride you get wet but they have changing rooms and give you a bag to keep your things dry during the boat ride.
If you take the boat ride you will miss the upper trail to see the falls, if you dont take the boat ride you see all the hiking trails of the falls

Don't do it, tour was a mess, from poor communications to tour abandoning us for over 2 hours - we ended up leaving and taking a taxi back to our hotel. Book anyone but Viator.

You have to see the falls to fully appreciate it. We really enjoyed the park. I would have given a 5 stars, but there is one area I think they need to improve and one I may have misunderstood.
To improve. There was lots of confusion if you needed to purchase a ticket for the National Park. Viator was very clear, we needed to. If the guide held up the actual ticket in our way to falls then those who thought they had it would know. There were at least two couples that purchased them and didn’t need to. Others found out after we met by the entrance only to discover they needed to get in line to purchase, delaying the group
The item that may have been my misunderstanding. I thought we were in a small group, English only. We had a group of 30 and a mix Spanish and English speaking
Adding to the confusion, the guide I went with had a large bus. As we were about to board, a smaller van pulled up and called out my name. The guides spoke and we were directed to the bus.
Our guide was very good. If he would make this one improvement, the entrance to the park would have gone smoother.

The tour was great! The boat ride is a must do. So thrilling! The communications were efficient to arrange our airport pick up and drop off which is 15 minutes from the national park. The only thing was I wished they could tell us the tour actually ended at 4pm so that we could book an earlier flight still with ample time, instead of waiting at the airport for 5+ hours. The flight to Iguazu was very delayed. Not sure if it was typical. But do leave extra time if you have to fly in the same day. Overall, it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend this tour!
