I had a fantastic time. Dani was a great guide, he gave me a lot of information, answered my questions, he was very organised. He picked me up on time and the whole tour was very smooth. He was also flexible, when I asked if we can add in the helicopter ride he gladly drove me there and I managed to see the waterfalls from the sky too! Overall it was a memorable day!

Our guide, Eduardo, was perfect. He took care of us so well and made a lot effort to make our trip as comfortable as possible. He was knowledgeable and took us to shortcuts to save us time. He impressed us for being a young student and working so diligently as the same time. If you book this excursion, Please ask for Eduardo. You will not be disappointed!

AAA ++++++This tour was very well organized. The price was great. We covered both sides of the falls and also made a stop for lunch at your own expense. You also get to choose to walk the Brazil side of the falls or take a wet boat ride or dry one. . Nisla was great.

The service provided by Sidnei and his crew was outstanding. Everything from assisting us with Argentine and Brazil border crossings to providing transfer support to and from the airport to our accommodation. Jair our guide for the day was fantastic, very informative and very enthusiastic about the Iguazu National Park, it’s history and wildlife. Jair spent the whole day (9 hours) with us, from pick up to drop off. We would highly recommend this company and in particular doing the smaller, personalised tour. The early start (7am) ensured we got the 1st train and beat the majority of crowds.

My review is not about the trip itself, but about the company. Unfortunately, we did not realize that, as Americans, we needed a visa to cross from Argentina to Brazil for a day trip. We received an email from the tour guide asking us to meet him in front of the hotel with our passports and a valid visa. That’s when we immediately realized we had a problem. We looked into how quickly we could obtain a visa, but it became clear right away that there was no chance of getting one in time for the next day’s trip. We contacted Viator customer service, and even though we were well past the 24-hour cancellation window, they took care of us and issued a credit for the tour. The purpose of this review is not to comment on the trip itself, but to highlight how the company handled an unexpected challenge and supported their customers.

If you’re going to Iguazu, do yourself a favour and go with Douglas and the team. He didn’t just guide me through the falls, he created a seamless, and immersive experience from start to finish. Fantastic day! My guide, João Pedro, was excellent and knew exactly how to manage timing and lines, making the entire experience efficient and stress-free. He was very knowledgeable about the area and shared helpful information throughout the day. With only one day to see the falls, everything felt seamless and well organized, and I was able to see everything I wanted. The helicopter ride was interesting, but the experience depends on your seat; honestly, the trails and especially the boat ride were far better. The boat ride was incredibly fun and absolutely worth it!

This company had an excellent service. They contacted me a day before when the tour guide could not make it as scheduled. They arranged another one, named Marie, with different time slot. To compensate for our time changed, they fully refunded. Marie was punctuated and experienced tour guide. We really had great time!
