Decide on the trek you’d like to take in either the Annapurnas or Upper Mustang, and your guide will arrange your itinerary and go over it with you and your group (15 max). Our day hike is a great way to enjoy mountain views, nature, and local culture—all in one day from Pokhara. After a 45-minute drive to Kande, you will hike for 1 to 1.5 hours to reach Australian Camp, where you can see beautiful views of the Annapurna and Fishtail mountains. If you like, you can also take a short extra hike to Pothana. Then, walk about 1 hour down to Dhampus village to explore Gurung culture and enjoy a tasty local lunch. After lunch, you will hike down for around 2 hours to Phedi, where a car will take you back to Pokhara. Our hike is flexible and can be adjusted to your pace and interest. A licensed guide will be with you to make sure your day is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
